This guy is correct. People have already decided whom they would vote. It doesn't matter whether Biden remains or not, the Biden voters would vote any Democratic candidate. In fact many Dems are saying they would vote for Biden even if he is on a wheelchair.

The calls for Biden to step down seem negative, no positive suggestions, just dividing and weakening the Democrat party. If you suggest somebody else that could be positive. However, unless you suggest Harris the VP to take over, there would be enormous difficulties which make the other suggestions impractical. That is what Lichtman says. As for Republicans, if Biden is so bad then he would be an asset to Republicans and they should want him to stay.
