Thanks for the video. I've done my own brakes always but wanted to make sure nothing special on this exploder. As a mech, your good at explaining in detail, most just breeze thru these videos. Again thanks for the c&c.

How much different are the rear pads and rotors? Is there a release for the parking break to make sure the rear rotors come off?

Heck of a video dude. You saved me a trip to the mechanic. What's the name of the part you used to reset the caliper? Thank you.

if you're talking about resetting the pistons back into the caliper to allow clearance for the new (thicker) pads over the rotor, that is a loaner brake caliper tool kit (aka master disc brake kit). I never gave it back and let them keep my money since I use it all the time but if you're only going to use it here and there just return the loaner and they won't charge you. You didn't torque the caliper bolts, caliper bracket, and lug nuts. Also I use blue locktite on caliper and caliper bracket bolts.

the video may not have shown it but they were torqued, I never use loctite because those components tend to seize anyway and it makes it that much harder to break loose
