Replacing radio on 2002 Chrysler minivan, removing radio and replacing with radio and CD player. Not a big job, picked up the radio/CD player from Kenny U Pull, for $22.00 works great.

I want to put a combo cd/cassette player in my 2003 caravan. I was told it wouldn't work because of a security code that's needed for the replacement radio and impossible to get. Your thoughts?

Yes I have heard of security code but have not run into it yet.

Whats the size of the radio. Im buying one off Amazon and dont know if i should get a single dim or double dim

I own a 2002 Dodge Caravann sport that I up graded the factory radio from the cassette only to the cassette/cd combo without the eq. I had to get an adapter to wire the new radio up, but it only operates the unit but the lights for the buttons don't light. Is there another adapter I can buy to fix this problem?

Hmm I am not sure? look on the schematics and see if the parking light circuit is showing up on the new radio?

Adapter to factory radio? Where did you get one? I have CD/cassette just like this one in video. It sounds good but doesn't support my factory DVD. With that adapter steering wheel buttons is working? And does it changes stations when changing seat memory

im trying to find a wiring diagram or pinout for the p56038931ab radio i pulled it out of a 2002 dodge grand caravan sport, and every diagram i find for this exact radio, the wires just arnt the same color as mine, anyone have a pin out, id like to hook this thing up out side of the car to a power supply.

Let me look, I took a radio and put in my garage to use with power supply I think it was trial and error, but its working.

Thank you so much for the video, I was getting crazy not knowing where to put the parallel wires. Do you have a video also about wiring blind spot camera? I'm trying to figure out where can I put the red (+) and the black (-) wires in the panel or under the panel of the care. The point is that the side view camera has to turn on when I turn on the car.

I tried the blind spot camera, it worked, but someone robbed the camera in the Pick and Pull parking lot when we went to get 2001 Chrysler town and country parts, as they don’t have cameras at the parking lot we couldn’t acuse the only couple that was next our car. Well, at least I know it worked.
