I will take a look when I get home but unfortunately I'm out if town till Saturday. I would look up some intake replacement videos and use Google. Sometimes you can find those that way.

It had a little bit of a rough idle and it did pick up a little power. But also did a full tune up as well so it's hard to say. I just got it right before this video also. But I can say it now doesn't have a single light on the dash and runs like a champ.

You have to disconnect the fuel line when you remove the intake. Inwhich you have to relieve the pressure on the lines. It just takes a second to bring fuel back up to the motor. Good eye in noticing the delay in the first fire up!

Yeah most of them were loose, could have probably just tightened everything up and it would have been quieter for awhile but I figured I might as well fix it right since I already had everything apart.

The new manifold was half as thick and required a lot of modifications to fit correctly. According to reviews online they lasted about 2 years before they cracked. The old one lasted 20 and was not cracked it just had a broken bolt that's why I re-used it, and used the money to do a full tune up on the Jeep. I chose to reuse the old one because I knew what to look for and the old one was ok, but I wouldn't blame anyone from just swapping it out. Thanks for commenting.
