Hey Sir.. when you put these back together, put some copper anti seize on the parts to make getting them out again, easier..

I think you over torqued those bolts when you put them back. The torque spec on those should be gutentight if I’m not mistaken.

Work it a half and give her a little pump..lay a straight edge from the new roller you installed to the front idler..measure 1 1/2" of sag..forget about it
