Perfect player to add to the O-line. Guy can play anywhere on the interior.

I do think we need a depth piece on the interior. Eflein or mcgovern would work in my opinion. We obviously have our starting group, but depth would be nice. AVT hasnt had a healthy season yet. Depth is never a bad thing.

@@kingblaze6960 yeah I know because of other injuries. Our OLine has just been in shambles. Can’t rely on him to stay healthy tho. Would love it, but only time will tell

Elfein would be a quality backup, and you already know he can contribute if called on to start. I say give him a job.

He’s a upgrade over Wes although I would like to see Gov back too . I wouldn’t give up on mAx just yet he can play both T/G

Verstile veteran. Exactly the type of player The Jets could use. Plus, we must all realize that the term "backup" is completely antiquated in today's modern day NFL. Today, with minimal practice & pre-season combined with extra games, international travel, Monday, Thursday, & Sunday games the injury report for everyone will always be stacked. For example , last season over there were over 60 NFL starting QBs! Jets needs as many legit O lineman as possible.

Iol depth is definitely needed. Schweitzer doesn’t cut it. Also behind this oline, breece is getting 1500+ rushing yards with ease

I agree with FBJaytee that AVT is injury prone. He might be great but so far we can't tell. Availability is your greatest talent and so far mostly AVT has let the Jets down.

I don’t think he has let the Jets down. He has played every position that they have asked him to without complaining most of the time he’s playing out of position..

Glad someone feels good about this offensive line. I guarantee both tackles will be out before the midway point of the season. I am looking at a dumpster fire of a offensive line. Most of the players are injury prone, and past their prime. So the backups will be the starters. Not happy with this line. PS do not trust AVT. 🏈💭🤔😀✌️
