My sun is in the 12th thank you for this video ❤️ I just spent the last 8 months healing from 10+ years of addiction/alcohol abuse and self-sabotaging and am now entirely devoted to spirituality. I had night terrors as a child and I need a lot of alone time. Bang on!

I realised today my sister has chiron in her 12th house and it makes so much sense. She's struggled for years with alcohol addiction, very dysfunctional. In 2020 she stopped, never drank again and is now working with others with addictions and flourishing. It took 45 years, but she is at peace. Well done and keep up the good work. X

Sun/Mercury/Saturn/Pluto in the 12th house. It’s been a life of isolation and feeling alien towards most people and situations. I honestly feel that people exile me for no reason, maybe I’m giving off a certain vibe? I also have a lot of Scorpio energy, maybe that combined with all the foggy/mysterious 12th house energy scares or intimidated others? It’s funny however, when people want to vent, tell there dark secrets, spill their guts…somehow I am the go to person lol Relationships are hard and been single most of my life. The need for solitude, alone time is vital. Opening up, secretive, trust issues don’t help either. Also, several daily naps as my sleep at night isn’t always that great. I do enjoy being alone and I escape often through music/movies…as it feels it’s the only way I can experience certain things in life, as my reality it’s not easy or near impossible to experience as I or many others want to experience. I guess you can say I live through movies, as real life is but a far-reaching dream. I even fantasize or dream what it would be/feel like to be normal and live a normal happy life that most others experience. But then my rebellious, alien Uranus rising says F all that, who wants to be normal anyways…embrace your weirdness haha WHAT A LIFE (eyeroll)

Mars here and I am the most still sleeper and hardly dream but rarely nightmare, but I am a night owl and really do benefit from restorative yoga and gentle resistance training. I am now aware of my mild passive aggression and I heal it on my own when it surfaces. I no longer hold things in and turn to my spiritual practices to heal. With a lot of shadow work and cultuvating spiritually and my relationship to the unseeen I honestly feel as though I’m overcoming the negatives of mars. I do have enemies I know this but all we’re from before I turned to spirituality and fully owning and expressing who I am with greater love and compassion for myself and others. Trust me, You can still have a very positive and passionate life with mars in 12, despite other aggressive people dumping their anger onto you, I learned how to handle that and my own passive aggressive tendencies, feeling it fully expressively on my own and transmuting it to love , do the work, heal and love your anger. Life becomes so much more fun and interesting when you can dance with the energy of mars rather than getting all down about it. Promise. 😊

Sun 12th house for me early life, teens, identity crisis, I didn't really know who I was at all, and it was like a midlife crisis looks like but at a very young age. It has dictated my personality to be introverted, reluctant in the spotlight/or as a leader, preference to be behind the scenes. And I believe any healing that I've acquired this far could only manifest with changing my mind, remembering myself, individuating, and choosing myself with boundaries in place to stop parasitic people from continually taking away my time and energy.

Perhaps you may been scared to shine, because a past life experience may have felt life threatening and so you've hidden it in this life. Know that each life can provide a resolution for the last one, and remember that life is dualistic in nature, one time we will have a boss that likes all paperwork, the next boss wants everything online, digital and paperless. Its ok to be you, and if you watch how the sun moves through the seasons, how close or far, how warm or radiant it is, then you can learn how to come out and shine in a way that is beneficial to all life.

Moon in 12th. I’ve found ‘brain dumping’ before bed really helps. I write down all the crap from the day that will keep me in my head all night. I meditate every night as well. Hard to get out of my head at times. Thank you Heather! 🌕🙏🏼

Uranus ….restless, some insomnia and definitely tech issues with sleep. Pluto….history of recurring nightmares and was told by more than astrologer that I have died in past lives due to not being able to afford to take care of myself. This explains some unusual habits involving safety. Love my alone time and feel very protective of my spirituality. Grew up Catholic but do tarot and other readings they don’t particularly care for. So you’re definitely on point. Thank you

12th house in Gemini with Mercury and Saturn. I’ve had a speech stutter since I was a child. I’ve healed the energy a ton. It really is only felt when that nervous system gets highly highly triggered. Highly intuitive, spiritual and love to write!! Happy to say that I love to be alone. I did have a deep core wound of abandonment. As a child I was also abandoned. I got lost on a family trip in Canada. Got dropped off for a two hour dance class during a blizzard and the no class. This followed me my whole life. Just deepening that wound.

Yes, felt similar but through different experiences, and I learned that all wounds needs light and air to heal. Light being spiritual light of the Sun to shine on that wound to allow it to heal, and air means not keeping it hidden, just how wounds under bandages can fester. I hope this help you to shine and be the ray of light that you are meant to be.

Sun, Moon & Jupiter in Libra in 12th. Have had vivid, auspicious and apocalyptic dreams since I was a kid. Dead loved ones have visited me in dreams as well. I was blessed to have a family who considered my spiritual blessings a gift. I have worked with my clairs since I was a kid and it's funny because I thought my Mars sign was weak because it's in pisces but I've learned that's why my intuition is so strong and it's like a super power placement.

Thanks Heather! Neptune in the 12th. Interesting that my childhood "taught" me that if there isn't physical evidence, you're imaging it; and then I went into a marriage that taught me the hard way to trust my intuition. Karmic. Just the other day I said something and the other person asked, jokingly, "OMG, are you psychic?" Actually, yeah, I am highly intuitive. 😂 I no longer live in a reality where that's either denied, or considered a big deal. Non-physical information is just more information.

I have sun, moon and neptune in Sagittarius in the 12th, and I too found a marriage that forced me to trust myself by uncovering the intuitive abilities I had repressed. I believe he was trying to push me over the edge to insanity, but my intuition became so strong and so crystal clear that I was able to weather the storm.

Saturn and Jupiter in 12th House here (definitely feel spiritually protected, and have had issues with isolation and people trying to confine/control me. I actually had a past life as a follower under the control of a cult leader who in this life was my narcissist ex/baby daddy)....crazy 😂

This is one of the most exact and profound information about 12th house, which I have ever encountered. I have 3 planets in 12th house: Mars and Moon in conjunction with Saturn (squared to the Sun). I have to suffer forced alienation from early childhood: hospitals, forced travels (with detachment from friends and family), and now I am a refugee, suffering alienation from everything and everybody I loved and was attached to once again. Maybe the lesson of this experience is not to get attached to anyone or anything, but with my Moon in Leo and strong Venus in trine with Pluto it is very hard to do ....I love passionately, and attach strongly, which only increase my sufferings caused by Saturn in 12th house

That's a rough time you are having. What happens when you just focus on loving them from a distance? Praying for them? Remembering the loving times you shared? Nothing can stop you from loving the people you lost - you are in complete control of that! What if you re-route your difficult emotions into creative expression (a 12th house gift). Express your love and your pain through painting, poetry, journaling, music, dance - to give you purpose, and release the painful feelings? Twelfth house planets offer rich creative potential. It is hard to get there when your heart is hurting. It is easier when you focus on hearts that belong to other people. What if you keep busy with "active" loving? This could change your perspective, and your circumstances. "If you can't be with the one you love, Love the one you're with." Like the song. People around you need love too. Crack babies that need rocking, homeless people out in the cold, elderly people in nursing homes - lonely and isolated and waiting to die. Your love might make all the difference - it might look like rocking chairs and blankets and consistent, real conversations. Heck, volunteering at the pound -- better yet adopting a dog loved by no one - might be the best thing you could do for yourself. Might find your best friend for life, one who could teach you a lot about unconditional love. One who would teach you to play, make you laugh out loud every single day..... God bless.

Saturn in sag in 12th house - I can say I have felt isolated since I was a young girl, when living with my mum I would always stay in my bedroom because she was a narc I had no other choice, when I moved out at 24 I have lived alone no relationships till now - I have always been a night owl I never sleep early ❤

I have Jupiter and Mars in my 12th - I do feel attacked a lot by unseen forces, but as a psychic medium I see clearly the protection I have there too. 👼🏻 Jupiter is at 29°, in this lifetime I’m meant to be in a spiritual teacher role (which I am already beginning to do), Spirit has made this very clear to me. Good to know I need to physically move more to have better rest with Mars in the 12th. I definitely get restless but spend a lot of time not moving much. So I’ll try to create a more dedicated physical practice to help improve my rest quality. 💪🏻 😊 🙏🏻

What is interesting is that during 2022 I had Saturn transiting my 12 house and I spend the year in hospital taking care of a loved one… waw! This video makes so much sense. I have Neptune in Scorpio in the 12th … can’t remember barely anything from my childhood. Definitely struggle with anxiety! I’m figuring out that I’m super sensitive to everything (lots of health issues that seem to have hidden causes) … also often fantasized about staying in a hospital so that I could get a break from the harsh realities of life! I literally told people this and they thought I was nuts! (I no longer have this fantasy … avoid the medical system like the plague! … but fantasize about retreats all the time and living away from regular life. Thank you so much for your work Heather ❤

My Neptune in 12th house Scorpio is square my sun in Leo and very close to my Ascendant. My sensitivity to other people’s sadness is unbearable at times and seems to be getting worse as I get older. I hardly watch TV news these days because the war coverage is so painful to watch. Films with violence are a no no for me because the themes play on my mind for months or even years afterwards. Walking with family and friends in countryside is a joy because it calms me and helps me find inner peace. Great tutorial video, Heather🙏

I have my moon (ruler of my 2nd house) in the 12th. And have been listening to affirmations in sleep the last two nights to try and unearth and overcome beliefs around money. Jupiter and Mars in the 12th House of Taurus, Gemini Rising .... - Have a hard time trying to sleep, but always tired and take a lot of naps, especially when not feeling well....Real Life type of dreams that actually come true! have to keep a dream book .... Some luck with Jupiter because I have no addictions, and feel very Spiritual with Meditation and Prayers....Yes there are Secrets about myself and others, but I'm not going to tell you! I'd be happiest if off on a beautiful private beach Island in a hammock with a Big Pineapple drink with an Umbrella, the sound of waves, the smell of tropical flowers and coconuts and a loving soulmate by my side.

I have Pluto in Virgo in the 12th house and everything I’ve read about it is spot on about me. As a young child I suffered from horrible night terrors but thankfully as an adult, I have not had any. I am very I to meditation, I’ve done past life regressions and that part you mentioned about night terrors being associated with horrific and traumatizing events in a past life is spot on too.

I agree with every thing you said about Saturn in the 12 except fear of being alone, I actually love my alone time and need to be alone otherwise I get grumpy and irritated. Maybe its because my sun sqaure Saturn

I have Saturn in Taurus in the 12th and I love my alone time, very introverted energy-wise but socially outgoing (Sun in Leo, Gemini rising). I have never been confined, but I suppose I ought to make sure it doesn't become likely in the future!

I have pluto in the 12th. I definitely have spiritual practices such as astrology and reading tarot, and some of my family members and friends who are religious are scared of. I need my alone time. My dreams are intense at times. I've had dreams that predicted things in my life. I have also had, throughout my life, supernatural experiences like seeing spirits and odd events I can't explain. Perhaps that's also due to the sextile I have between Pluto and Neptune.

Sun Mercury Pluto sagittarius 12th house, I’m super pale and underweight. Struggled with substance abuse but recently went sober (ty transit Saturn conjunct Mars!). Also have severe ADHD, obsessive thoughts, anxious compulsions and a tendency towards self-sabotage. Learning to find my place in the world and respect my body, mind, and spirit. Jupiter is transiting my 6H and I finally got on board with a good psychiatrist, started prioritizing eating a surplus, and I’m getting tests soon to address my hormonal imbalances 🙏 Astrology has been an amazing tool for me to recognize negative subconscious patterns and take initiative in my life.

Than you Heather for this 12 house placement overview. As always your videos are very informative. I look forward to watching your videos. You are one of my favs on KZfaq. I have sun, moon, Venus and mercury all in libra in the 12 house. I would also like to add that as the moon represents the mother, I had a mom who was not present during my childhood, as well as dad (which you mentioned). Also with mercury in the 12th house (my relationships with my siblings placement) several of my siblings were in prison and addicts. Lastly my dad was a Pisces and he was an alcoholic.. I survived my children thru art, loving foster family and spirituality.

I’ve had major issues with sleep for years and I’ve been dependent on watching videos on my iPad to sleep. Never thought of it, but I have that stupid sleeping beauty syndrome sleep disorder and I have Mars in Cancer in the 12th. I had horrible night terrors and sleepwalking when I was younger, but I’ve also had a lot of trauma in life. I adore sauna and sweat lodge for rest & healing, and being in nature especially in water too. Very interesting points about the 12th that I fittingly forget about😂

Someone I love have 5 planets plus north node in 12th!!! He has had and has a life full of struggles, selfsabotage and immense pain, starting all the way from childhood. His pain also spilled over on me. We share a special bond. The rest of his 5 planets are all in 6th house!! Also 12th house in pisces..

Heather, thanks so much for this! In my 12th house I have Venus and Mars in Taurus conjunct with Jupiter in Taurus a bit ahead of the two. There seems to be a lot of sexual energy and activity coming my way recently! Got divorced last year and am now involved with my high school sweetheart from 50 years ago!!! I am 70 and feel like I’m 17 again. I do love to sleep!!!😂

THIS EXPLAINS SO MUCH! How in life I ended up with the isolating Long Covid, though I still struggle to work. Sun, Uranus, Mercury, Pluto all CONJUNCT in Virgo ruled 12th House, Virgo Asc. (All square Moon, opposite Saturn) I also have tumid lupus, the sun allergy disease. I have been projected upon and cut down to size without ever acting big in the first place all my life. I'm so emotionally sensitive, but apparently resilient. Of course: what I learned here, it comes out in health problems.... 😞

This was great. Very helpful. I have Saturn in the 12th but I love to be alone. I almost need it. Daily. I do have trouble sleeping and don't need a lot of sleep. lol. My hubby has Jupiter & Neptune in the 12th. I know he's very sensitive & intuitive but in denial. He has trouble sleeping and has many stomach issues & ulcers. I wonder if it's because it was not acceptable for him to be mystical growing up. And he is still uncomfortable with it. But intrigued with mysticism via me. 🤣

I have both Sun and Mercury R in 12th house Capricorn and my mother consistently was trying to supress what I wanted to say but my Dad would always tell her. "Let the girl speak" haha. Very active mind. Very deept thoughts I keep to myself keeping secrets of mine and othes. Have Mars in 1st Aquarius so have always been sporty but still never helped with chronic insomnia until now in my 70's I seem to sleep better but am an active sleeper thrashing about and it takes me ages to get to sleep. Yes, thanks to Astrology I listen to many podcasts. Can wake at 2,3,4 and wide awake but easily go to sleep listening,

Astrology never ceases to surprise me, lol. 12th house Libra with Saturn, Jupiter (conjunct) and Pluto. In a past life I lost my entire family (it's a massive fear too) and I was the lone survivor. I’ve got my 12th house in Sagittarius and my rising sign is also in Sagittarius at 29°. Twice now I’ve been so overwhelmed by parenting that I’ve ended up in hospital, the second time I was in intensive care for two weeks, so I understand now about my 12th house ensuring I got a break! 😂 Though that wasn’t the kind of break I was hoping for! 😅 I’ve got Neptune and north node in my 12th house 😊

Sun- Mars- Pluto I have such trouble sleeping soundly. I’ve had night terrors my whole life, and I feel most regenerated after dancing. Also I went and hid in the woods alone for 2 years 2020-2022. Oh also I’m a witch and very into that type of spirituality that some would look down on. This was too incredibly spot on.
