Man as much as I love all the information out now with rpe and rir and peds and functional, mesocycles, assault cycles, nandrolone only cycles.... it's too much. Sometimes I just wanna go to the gym and just lift heavy shit til my nose bleeds. I'm sure I could get more results if I wasn't a stupid meat head but I wind up mindfucking myself into a bad workout. Appreciate everything you guys do here, another great vid.

Just judge the reps by the speed the bar is moving at, I find this is a better way to measure my strength going up for most compound lifts than using rir or rpe because both are really arbitrary but bar speed is observable

@@eliteftsofficial my friend was recently rear ended. She now has a hard time activating her glutes, hamstrings, lats, triceps. I'm trying to talk her into a diet of belt squats, reverse hypers, backwards Sled drags to keep the muscles strong and decompress whatever nerves may be pinched but her doctor says some nerves may have been damaged and we're trying to come up with ideas to activate these areas.

@@_andreww_ bruh... His best raw total is 777.5kg... 295kg, 200, 322... If those are expert numbers then I'm god, my best total is 870 in sleeves...

@@shades4313 haha sure bruh. Now it's his parents fault if he looks like shit... And natty, well you don't know that. The only facts we have are his average numbers and below average physique... And also the fact he did only one competition after junior... That doesn't sound like someone who tried so hard... He quit right after junior.... WTF.... That's expert level to you? He has no experience in the open but one comp!
