Im convinced whoever designed this mission hates gay people or something, becuase Vijay has about every gay stereotype I can think of. Bro even hits us with a "yasss" and his name is a way of saying vagina. They should have really toned down the drama club kid personality to make him more natural, instead of Disney Channel side character.

Approve totally, don’t make people you don’t really know in a fiction if you just want to prove that you’re “open” and that people have to buy more your creation because “yeah see we’re inclusive”. Just write good story with the people you want to include. I’m sure that side quest was written by straight people all stereotypes

Unfortunately not many people like this side quest. However it was a white man with a red hat and a beer in his hand with his truck asking Spider-Man to help set up a homecoming/date/anniversary surprise for his soulmate known as his own god damn sister, people would like the quest more.

@@antismo9998 Bottom line, it shows you that these studios virtue signaling is fake. These scenes for inclusion sake is so irrelevant that you can edited out and it does not effect the story at all. It show hypocrisy on Sony part because they banned mods for removing that part of the game while Sony removed that part of the game so they can make more money from countries that is not so inclusion friendly.

The gameplay is pretty fun but this game gets bogged down by stupid missions like this. Also, they again did another awful Mary Jane mission that made no sense. A regular female reporter has no buisness beating up trained hunters with advanced tech. Its stupid and unrealistic. Also, why is the female police chief from the 1st game suddenly a vigilante charecter now? Can anybody just become a super hero or villian now? If everyone can do it, it takes away from the specialness of it. I expected some woke stuff would make its way in but man, it is wayy worse then i expected. PS: And before some tool attacks me for not absolutely kissing the feet of anything relating to gay ppl, i would also complain if this was Peter and Mary Jane having a date night or something. Its just a crap basis for a mission and not what i play video games for. I dont care that charecters are gay, i care that the mission was stupid and served no purpose AT ALL. Also, apparently Sony censored this mission in the Middle East so their hypocrites.

1. This mission is optional so you’re complaint about it “bogging” down the game makes no sense 2. Side missions flesh out the game because only having a story mode would be one dimensional as hell 3. If you bothered to pay attention MJ mentions during the game that she trained in Symkaria, which is how she got the stingray 4. The first game also has a mission explaining why Yuri left and became Wraith also (again if you paid attention)

Nice electric wires puzzle, fun little stealth segment, and Spider-Man being his friendly neighborhood self! Did the gay couple *really* make it the worst mission in the game? I hardly think so.
