Very first playthrough of Baldur's Gate 3 on the PS5. Let the thirsting begin.

About Baldur's Gate 3:
Baldur's Gate 3 is a role-playing video game with a single-player and cooperative multiplayer element. Players can create one or more characters and form a party along with a number of pre-generated characters to explore the game's story. Optionally, players are able to take one of their characters and team up online with other players to form a party. Like previous games in the Baldur's Gate series, Baldur's Gate 3 has turn-based combat, similar to Larian's earlier games Divinity: Original Sin and Divinity: Original Sin II; all combat is based on the Dungeons & Dragons 5th Edition rules

Kim to answer your question, you do have to explore the bottom right corner of the map at 1:25:49 but you won't have to worry about the Duke until you meet Kethrick.

Yeah, you got a awful first fight in there. To be totally true, those mind flayers are a pain in the ***. They do a lot of damage and in this fight you are fighting with 3 of them. But you did great, Kim! Looking forward to see you fight Ketheric!

LOL yeah no worries about a long rest, the healing pod will restore your spell slots. Also the sword you got Wyll is very powerful indeed! A nice reward for all the BS that Mizora puts you through lol.

Very enjoyable video, thank you. Yes, that fight in the necrotic library was tough for me too. I am glad you found out how great conjuring can be. The cambion is very strong and sturdy. Also elemental summons are great and very mobile. They can move around without opportunity attacks. You might want to check out that area again where you read about the device Gortash created to speak to brains. Just saying.

17:50 Kim learns the hard way that when people call them _mind flayers_ , they meant it _literally_ . I've never gotten that glitch with Zevlor. I've had glitches where conversations start a little late and end a little early, but never that bad. If you want to boost Wyll's AC a bit, you can give him shield one of your other companions isn't using now that he has a 1-handed weapon again. The main problem with that zombie fight was that all the zombies rushed you before you had time to set up a real defensive line, made worse by Karlach failing her save against paralysis. You had the right idea with aoe spells, but unfortunately you picked Cloudkill instead of Wall of Fire. 1:25:15 It's weird that part is hidden by fog of war because you've already been there. That was the Oubliette underneath the prison where you fought a pair of hook horrors.

Stop using reckless attack with Karlach. It makes it more likely to hit your enemies, but your enemies are more likely to hit you. If you were going to hit them anyway you made yourself vulnerable for nothing. If your going to miss it will give you the option to use it. THAT'S when you use it. You need to have Wyll cast magical armor on himself. That's a big reason why he's so weak.

You've done all the actually important stuff you could do before the big battle with Ketheric. You can't find Duke Ravengard before heading down to where the Absolute is. You missed a couple of interesting things near the area where all the zombies were, but they're not essential.
