Hope Bruce is doing fine.. he really wasn't havin' any of that. He didn't even climb.. just stayed on the floor of the forest..

Aren't we all like BRUCE. We don't wanna go out of our comfort zone though we know that it's not good for us, though we know that there is no freedom in this cage of security....

Good point, sir! Yes, sometimes it is more comfortable to be safe more than free. Maybe this Bruce would like to be more with humans because he feels better with them - he seemed to be the only monkey from the group, who left the cage as bipedal walker, the others seemed to walk on four... God bless Bruce to make good in new environment.

My eyes usually don’t get wet, but Bruce got me... it’s like I could feel his anxiety and fear. I wish them a healthy n happy life! And I also wish humans stop treating these beautiful, social and sensitive animals like some toy they can purchase.

Seeing Bruce be so scared to leave his cage was so heartbreaking but once he removed the top and Bruce could see his home for the first time was one of the most beautiful sights I've seen in a long time. Many never get the opportunity to go back into the wild if they've not been taught how to survive in the wild especially from a baby. I wish nothing but the best for these monkeys and hope they will thrive in their forever home known as the wild. Happy tears streaming and I can't even imagine the feeling of letting them go back home. It's got to be one of the best feelings in the world. Climb high babies and welcome home.

They are probably designed to be comfortable for them, they are there so they can track them and see where they are and if they are ok

It is heartbreaking to see what humans do.😥 All animals matter. What will be left for our children if this is not stopped. There should be harsher punishment for those caught with wild animals. Thank You to those who help.🙌🙏🙌🙏

I've found a few dead cats whose collars got caught on fences, it's very sad and happens enough to cats that somebody invented break-away collars for cats. Good luck spider monkeys.

With the technology of “chips” I would think bulky collars would have been outdated? Simply beautiful seeing them free!

I didn't even know they had chips that could transmit through a forest. I was only familiar with those little rfid chips that require you to re-capture an animal to scan them.

Bruce probably grew a bond with the humans and wasn’t ready to say goodbye but once he took those first steps out, he took one last glance back at the humans as if to say “thank you”

Those neck collars are so huge. Not comfy for them. How sad the rest of their lives they will be digging and itching at their necks. Poor Bruce wanted to be held, I wish I could have picked him up and offered comfort and love while slowly walking to the trees. Thank you for the work you do. I love animals more than anything ❤❤❤
