When the hooves are so long it places a lot of pressure on the tendons, which is why the donkeys sometimes cannot walk normally, even after a trim. Good work, as usual, Master Du. Nice donkey.

These poor donkeys, I'm glad they are getting their hooves trimmed but it's sad to see them in a terrible state before. 😢

Good to see the donkeys getting their hooves fixed. Please treat them with kindness. Some are too thin and need more food. A happy and well treated donkey will work better for you.

That is wrong. The animal gets an injured hoof so they are taken out of the work shed and pastured. The feet are not cleaned and clipped because of that reason, why clip their feet if they are not working?! The longer they are ignored, the worse their feet get. Then one day, the farmer takes all his neglected animals to the sale and sells them and buys healthy animals to take home and abuse and neglect. This is a different world here. They treat their animals so badly it just makes me cry, but this is a different corner of the world and talking about animal abuse just falls on deaf ears, and old ways are hard to crack.

Com tantos problemas de casco, e não deveria ser assim, pois estes Muares ( burros ) possuem cascos pretos e bem pigmentados. Assim sendo, acredito como profissional, que a razão desta quantidade de problemas de casco, estão associados ao espeço onde estes animais são mantidos, normalmente, pequenas áreas com muita umidade. Além disso, o tipo de alimento que é fornecido a estes animais, são responsáveis pela grande maioria deste crescimento de casco anormais, creio que estes animais recebem muito pouco capim ( fibras ), e ao mesmo tempo, muitos carboidratos ( milho ). Ainda não vi nestes vídeos a presença de animais com Laminite - laminite em equinos compromete parcial ou totalmente os movimentos do animal em decorrência de dores e inflamações causadas nos cascos. Chamada popularmente de aguamento, é uma enfermidade considerada grave, que se deve principalmente, ao tipo de alimentos que é fornecido aos animais.

@@kipo58 Endlich mal was Deutsches! Vielleicht weil es dort (wo ist das überhaupt genau?) keine Tierschutzgesetze und auch keine Strafverfolgung gibt. Und vielleicht auch deshalb, weil die Menschen viel größere Probleme haben, so dass dort eine landesweite Hufschmiedausbildung auf der Strecke bleibt (man beachte u. a. den mit einem Stück Autoreifen bestückten Hufbock). Bei jedem dieser Videos schlage ich (als ehemalige langjährige Pferdehalterin) erneut die Hände über dem Kopf zusammen. Vielleicht sind die Verhältnisse so schlecht wie z. B. in Rumänien, wo sich ein deutscher (!!!) Hufschmied in Zusammenarbeit mit Tierärzten und vielen Helfern seit Jahren um Verbesserungen für die Arbeitspferde (und auch deren Besitzer) bemüht (Markus Raabe).

Хоть один здравый голос голос в защиту животных, примитивной помощи выворачивания ног, закручивания кольца в носу "для послушености" , гнилая неустойчивая подставка для обрезки, смотреть противно! Но этот полуслепой мастер хоть как то помогает, хоть как то. Жестокие люди эти китайские крестьяне!👎

Be mindful that their ankle get twisted while your shaving the hooves down which is uncomfortable, that's most likely why they jerk their leg back. It hurts needless to say and too I see them jerk their leg to get balanced right. Be more compassionate.

Buenos videos, el maestro debe ser una autoridad en cascos, pero los videos son desorganizados, pasan de un animal a otro sin razón, dicen que esta muy mal el casco, pero no explican su tratamiento, para aprender. Hay muy buen material....

I offer Mr. Du to send him a European hoof-knife and 1 whetstone (= hone), under the condition he finds a person who is able to communicate with me in English, French, Spanisch or German and under the condition that the forwarding expenses don`t exceed 20,- Euro (1,- Euro = about 1,- US-Dollar).

Me encanta el maestro,pero esos dueños son unos abusadores con esos animales que los ayudan tanto!!🤬 deberian aprender a cortarles las pesuñas ellos mismos en ves de tardarse hasta 5 años ,pobres animalitos sin poder caminar bien y sin poder expresar su dolor y disconfor

Instead of anger at the donkeys the owners should be taken to task letting their animals, that work from birth to death with no respite , get in such a state.
