The drawing in the documentation that comes with the Carbon T10 is ambiguous; it could represent the reset pinhole as being on the side OR the top.
The documentation itself is flat-out wrong: It says, "on the side of the console". It is NOT on the side.
I was unable to find any video of a hard reset specific to the Carbon T10, so here you go.
The reset hole is on the TOP of the console, and looks like a normal gap or defect in the molding.
