I replaced the pump motor on my washer and this video helped me tell the washer the new part was installed. Worked like a charm!! I cant thank you enough for this video.

I have this same washer but can't get it to to the diagnostics. I spin the dial as instructed but the lights don't flash. Can you please tell me what im missing or what else to try? Thank you in advance!

So, you tried both methods I assume. Here is a link to that search, and there a few options available nowadays, but keep in mind Whirlpool, Amana, etc. are now owned by the same company, and they are similar in a lot of way so, try a Whirlpool or maytag code as well. I would unplug it for 30 minutes and then try the reset code again. See if that works.

So we had a small flood in our basement and ever since then, our washer gets stuck on the final spin. I have to run a drain and rinse cycle after every wash cycle because of it. Im going to try this reset before we try anything else. Thanks!

What do you do when it drains it this way and works but when I go to run a cycle after it it won't drain.

I would try to unplug it for 15 minutes or so, and then retry the code.

my armana has more cycles to the right, will this still work? right now it has no lights and is stuck on drain

Wow, that is strange. Sorry to hear that. So, it worked the first time, but then stopped draining again? How old is your washer? I am hoping it is not the drain pump, itself. Try the second code. My washer will fill and drain. But won’t spin or wash. I replaced the actuator but still didn’t work. Tried this but doesn’t light up. The other method for calibrating mode works only 😅
