Please take note that I am currently using the pc version to play this !
Not the psx version !
The pc version boutique wont work
It will just say that "The door is shut"

This would happen in both the pc and ps1 if you did not explore to the police station first. Interesting enough, why would jill reappear in the boutique? of all places in the game?

That also happens in the Dreamcast and Gamecube versions.

You can't have 3 grenade launchers. Its only possible if you hack the game code with gameshark or action replay or PC script code hacks. Him having too many weapons with infinite ammo like the grenade launchers uses up space on the lines of code the use to run the scripts. Once the code line runs out of space to store scripts that makes the game work normally, it becomes glitchy and scripts won't run causing the zombies to not move at all. Him getting things before they should be obtained also uses up the space in the lines of code used to to start scripts in the beginning of the causes it at act all weird. If you have things out of order then the games script won't run correctly and might crash the game.

Yes, I did my experience I got stuck in Boutique. But you must reach the police station first, not going to gallery door.

@MrChrisrocks17 In the clocktower lobby (Where Nemesis 2 crashes in on Carlos but you can get it as Jill when she first goes there) the dead mercenary on the floor has it. With infinite ammo it's darts pass through and home in on enemies becoming a god weapon basically. Otherwise you can tag walls with the shots and they'll explode on any enemies that pass by them or after a short amount of time, just don't blow yourself up.

A real Resident Evil Game. When those first numbers from the series, were more violent, bloody and gory. The 4 till now. Just plain sucks, even they didn't got that thirsty violence and gore instead of this. Ahhh the old times, never forgotten !!!! RIP Real Resident Evil games.

I agree with you guys! RE 2 , 3 , zero and code veronica are scary! I love Ada and Leon in RE 4 but the game does not have this feeling! Villagers are not so scary as the zombies are! No need to discuss 5 and 6 even! They are piece of crap! By the way those acid type rounds of the grenade launcher are so effective against the giant worm under the parking and in the park! I love them! They make the worm to go back with one shot only and stop it's attacks :D I've noticed this weapons do damage on Jill??? On PS 1 I shoot the wall with everything in close distance and no damage on me! Even in RE 2 with the bazooka! :O

You pick your outfits at the start of the PC version, rendering the boutique useless. As for those zombies, they must be triggered as you cross over a section of the map before the boutique.

So the Boutique room data DOES exist in the PC version, but it's incomplete? Triggered by having the Lockpick before the Police Station?

+CidSilverWing I wouldn't say it's incomplete, i'd say they just scrapped the idea entirely from the PC version. But that's just a guess.

A lot of games are altered so certain things that were scrapped aren't possible to get to without hacking. So simply "sealing" the door was probably easier than just removing the room entirely from the game.

I have played resident evil almost most of my child hood and currently got back into it but I did notice at the bar is that Richard from resident evil zero that jumps threw the window in the train then dies for game cube? Then he re appears in resident evil 1 for game cube attacked by the snake then Jill try's to recover him with surem from the poison then he dies then after that in re2 he re appears as a zombie holding the key to the locker for Clair and Leon's outfits in the save room in the police station where the camera film is made then Richard re apears alive in resident evil 3? Does his guy get renincarned or something? Some one help me out here I'm a bit confused lol!

The guy at the bar is not Richard but Brad "Chicken Heart" Vickers, Alpha Teams pilot in RE1. The guy that jumps through the window and into the train in RE0 isn't Richard either but Edward Dewey, Bravo Teams co-pilot who in reality is actually Bravo Teams pilot but is acting as co-pilot for this mission. Richard is indeed the one that gets bitten by the snake who is called Yawn in RE1. Richard only appears in RE1 and in the opening sequence for RE0. The zombie that you mentioned that has the locker room key in RE2, that's Brad who turned into a zombie after Nemesis kills him in RE3. Now to answer your question as to why Brad (Not Richard) is a zombie in RE2 and then comes "back to life" in RE3 is because RE2 and RE3 are not happening in chronological order per se but rather they are occurring at the same time. So while you have Leon and Claire killing zombies in the RPD, at the same time you also have Jill killing zombies out there in the streets of Raccoon City. So to sum it up, Brad gets killed first in RE3 and then appears as a zombie in RE2. Remember that both storylines are happening at the same time. Hope that answered your questions!

Virus_698 G thanks for the info now it kind of jogs my memory now I am in the process of getting all the games again for Xbox 1, I am currently playing the newest ones that came out which are Resident Evil Revelations 2 and Resident Evil Biohazard. Do you know when they are remaking resident evil 2 and 3 and if possible is their a roomer that they are remaking code veronica x? For the new systems like Xbox one and PS4? It would be pretty cool if they did.

A REmake of RE2 has already been confirmed by Capcom to be in the works. We will probably see footage of it at E3 which happens in June. As far as REmakes of RE3 and CVX are concerned I think I heard Capcom say that if REmake 2 perfroms well in sales then they'll think about remaking the other RE's that you mentioned. If you are in the process of getting all the RE games for Xbox One I would suggest you get Resident Evil: Origins Collection while you're at it, that is if you don't have it already. It includes REmake and RE0 remastered in HD!

StevenCodeBlack You can't, it is only possible with cheats because the minethrower is at the Clock Tower (Only Hard Mode)

Off topic I played most resident evil games on psx ps2 and pc and never came across that before. But I managed to glitch ps2 resident evil code veronica I don't know i managed that but got stuck in the airplane hanger where you put the 3 bases on the lift and the same again with the tiger room while taking the blue jewel closing and opening the item menu caused the game to lock upcoming. Now back to the main topic that game looked to be hacked with too many infinite guns or the second opinion it a dodgy copy or third opinion overclocked pc causing memory to bitflip the game to throw a random issue. But the last option is is the bug repeatable after you go through the same route or different route if yes that capcom's fault for not fixing this bug

I remember I used a hack for PS1 games called GameShark ( that was 16 years ago lol ) it gives you infinity ammo and health and all the weapon and unlock everything. I got the same glitch when I enter that room when I used GameShark.

Your game is hacked so it's not going to behave correctly. That said, it looks like the daytime version of that door was probably not supposed to take you anywhere to begin with since it's supposed to be locked.

oh i know it easy for you because you using pc and in there you can hack or cheats but my is harder because i am using ps3 verison that why u have evrything infiny i not begin but i just saying that yea all ppls want it easy but i know how to hack ps3 i hack mw2 i just saying you goin to get bored because the nothing intersting anymoreno excitment i saying that a bad idea just saying my opinion
