He does show to have PTSD from RE5, in some of the things that he says in the snowy level, he has issues with losing Team members like he lost Jill before he got her back.

I just can't skip any sort of cutscene during a campaign in RE6. So well done. Absolutely love the game. Chris' campaign is my fav!

Piers refers to Chris as "Captain" respectfully at all times but when they were in Edonia, the "B.O.W." turned Finn attacks and throws Chris, and then Piers calls Chris by name for the first time. well, that was actually impressive

***** Yes, in terms of story, this was by far the best written. There was a reasonable vulnerability that was Chris; the motivation that was Piers; and actual growth that made sense in context of Chris' history. Although I very much disliked the death, it was good writing in that it served it's characters' purpose. I'd say Leon's was the worst written and Jake and sherry was at the very least decent, but jumped the shark too much for my taste. Both their campaigns felt too contrived.

***** Wesker's son was to appease all of Wesker's fans because of Wesker's death in Resident Evil 5 plus Wesker was becoming old, if they make a young Wesker they could bring him back in later games with a full Wesker like head of hair, Piers was supposed to be like a young Chris and was going to lead the BSAA but the big plot twist is that Piers wasn't going to make it, plus Piers is just an exclusive character to this game like Sheve from RE5, Carlos from RE3, and the useless Ashley from RE4, Capcom always does that, except Piers is the 1st to die.

i luv it too. I mean it doesnt hav the same gameplay feel of RE4 and 5 but I still enjoyed the story and the gameplay was decent. Im fine with QTEs since they fell like mini interactive cutscenes. It only got bad reviews bc the game wasnt the typical RE gameplay and setting wise. I mean its obvious tht the RE universe was gonna hit a point like this sooner or later, story wise.

it was bitter sweet. But a VERY satisfying conclusion. Piers's actions are Exactly WHY Chris believed that he was worth to succeed him as head of the BSAA strike force. He did what had to be done and saved the World with his sacrifice. RIP Nivans.

It makes no sense why Jill wasn't even at least mentioned in this. Most people are saying she'll likely have retired from the BSAA after everything that happened to her when Wesker kidnapped her but even so, as Chris's closest friend, she would still go looking for him when he went AWOL and when his memories returned he'd want to see her. Knowing Capcom though, we'll probably get DLC or a 3DS game showing what she was up to during all this...

I don't want to believe that Piers is dead, nope. If other characters can come back several times over I'm holding out for Piers. There has to be some way with the virus. Besides it would be very interesting. He's one of my favourite characters, and he managed that alongside those who captured our hearts a long time ago.

Chris' storyline showed the most depth of character. His downward spiral makes sense and is true to who he is. He's a man who has been very protective of his partners and teammates and he carries their safety as a responsibility as leader. When his partners die, he grieves heavily. And through all his emotional suffering though, he still ends up doing the right thing as a leader.

Noone ever noticed RE5 took place in March 2009, cutscene "The Longest Elevator" in July 2013 and Chris says "It's been 3 years since i killed Wesker". Of course 3 years.

Chris always works with a partner. Leon can handle himself. Try playing Resident Evil 4. Even if he had a little help, he handled most of the job he's supposed to do.

Leon would have been killed by Mendez back at the village without Ada. Plus, Chris was assigned a partner in Resident Evil 5. Plus, the environments in RE5 required co-op.

Chris storyline is the best, he made me cry when he lost his men in Edonia, his desperete screams for Finn went through my soul,he lost most of his team in China but yet, carried on 2 the end, he's a man who's full of responsibilities, but god, when he lost Piers that made me cry like a baby, no man shold've suffered this tragedy & at the end when he was havin' his steak, that was so sad, like his way of rememberin' his comrade & yet when he replaced the alcohol with a cup of coffee, oh man,

Well what if there is a twist u remember in lost in nightmares Jill jumps out of the window he assume she was alive but the people idk who assume she was dead it didn't show her death and it didn't show piers death after all he mutated is it possible he still alive and is stranded somewhere or is it not? Damn all the bad things happen to Chris, first he looses team members in Resident Evil, then Jill pushes Wesker out the window making seem like she died and making him sad, next both of his teams die, then Piers sacrifices himself (same scenario with Jill except she's alive)...Makes me want to give him a huge hug for all what he's been through

I think if you play Chris's Campaign first and Leon's second, it would be more surprising to see Ada's doppelganger, Carla, dead in Chris & Piers part but the real one is alive helping Leon & Helena.
