Fantastic custom. You don't see many people making Barry customs. As for the S.T.A.R.S. logo, maybe use a white Gundam Marker for the fine detail? Also, he did have a full beard in the original game & concept art, so I don't mind what you did here.

Amazing! Barry is my favorite RE character as well. Hope he gets to shine one more time maybe to finish how revelations 2 ended. I did a little kitbash Barry from Marvel Legends with an mcu David Harbour head. Cloth vest and a gun harness I sewed together from some cloth. I'm happy with it bud damn does yours look on a whole other level.
