Indeed. I remember a long time ago when they were talking about RE3 on the breakfasts graphics engine (which was referring to this game at the time before name was changed). I remember the screen shots before release were insane. This game was the NEW standard when it came out. Man how I Loved the old days!

in this cutscene we see the sweet Claire as a : mass killer of trained soldiers as someone who is faster than shots and a helicopter as someone that dropped a gun, and when it was almost touching the ground, threw herself into the ground and picked up the gun in time, challenging the space time and gravity as someone that jumped considerable metters below and away, rolling in the ground without harming any part of her body and there is still people that say Claire isn't super human

Damn, she was so brave in the older RE games. Shortly after she tricked Mr.X and said "Sucker!" in the original RE2, she became a badass again in the RECV opening scene, the old team really wrote her well, with Alyson Court's voice to match.

So Claire is looking for Chris, clearly thinking he's been imprisoned. She gets imprisoned herself, then while trying to escape, she messages Leon from a computer to Contact Chris and rescue her, which he does. Never understood that logic.

You're not completely right, she contacts Leon in first instance, and Leon due his new position as a government agent finds a way to link with Chris so he sends him to where Claire's is.

RE4 made no sense to the previous RE games, instead of just continue the storyline after RE3 when Racocon City was destroyed they do a 6 year timejump. Removed zombies and made some spanish villagers with a parasite in their body your new enemy. It's the most garbage, random and laughable plot ever, i don't know what Shinji Mikami was thinking he ruined the series. Resident Evil 4 is a fun game sure but it's a huge failure as a game in the RE franchise.

I don't think so, the remakes didn't follow the original trama, Capcom wants to delete all Shinji Mikami trail. In RE3 we have a normal Jill, with her fear against Nemesis, and Brad Vickers being killed by the Nemesis. In the remake we have a foul-mouthed Jill, that no fears the Nemesis and brad being killed by a generic zombie, and of course deleting original places.

This is one of the issues I have with Code Veronica. As cool as this intro was, Claire Redfield, who is a COLLEGE STUDENT, going all Rambo on an entire Umbrella Facility was a bit ridiculous. I mean, yes, she survived the Raccoon City Incident, but that's a LITTLE DIFFERENT than fighting your way through a facility full of highly trained soldiers, and attack helicopters!

You mean the RE2 Remake? Yeah they changed Claire a lot there. Curly brown hair, thick lips, no longer wearing Queen-themed jacket, and swears a lot. Ever since Code Veronica, Claire has been retconned into a redhead, which every RE game and comic followed since. This means that in the original RE2 she has red hair. The Remake ignores this change sadly.
