Use a spiral cord to channel the resin flow... run it around the edge of your part, it will help the resin the flow into all the voids much easier!

When I get to larger parts I will definitely do that. Part of what I'm doing at this stage is trying to see how far I can push the infusion process.

Does it mean the normal flow media is too fast or absorbs too much resin or something vs the insect screen?

Why don't you just use a paintbrush to wet out the fibers? Isn't resin infusion the heavier method? Another question: is the bidirectional fabric oriented at 45°/45°? Can you lay the fabric from the root to the trailing edge without cutting the fabric into sections? Thanks for the informative video!
