How does the "Pi" come in the equation of Resistivity ? Why use a 4 point probe ? How does 4 point probe method ensure contact resistance of probes do not come in measurement ? Thanks.

according to your readings the energy band gap is 0.11ev or 11.6ev(approx) but the energy band gap for germanium is 0.66ev i want to know the reason behind it.please state me if i am wrong

The readings should be taken for high temperatures (140-200°C), then the graph becomes linear at high values which yields a perfect slope
