Great video as usual. I want to share my personal favorite combo with soul resonator + lubelion as the starter. The combo starts just like combo no.2 from the video. Once you summon abyss, recover vision resonator instead. Then you use lubellion effect to search saronir. Banish RDA to SS saronir. Tribute saronir to SS lubellion from GY. Saronir effect triggered to send branded etude to GY. Use lubellion effect to set branded beast face up. Use dis pater effect to SS RDA from banish. SS vision resonator from hand. At the end phase, use branded beast effect to set etude face up from GY. RDA effect triggered to destroy your card, use soul resonator effect to protect. At your opponent's turn, use etude effect to synchro summon chaos angle by using lubellion (light) and vision resonator (dark) as the materials. With this combo, now you have 3 additional interruptions (red zone destroy, dis pater destroy, & chaos angle banish) and protection for your synchro monsters due to chaos angle's passive effects. Also your opponent will send their extra deck monsters materials to banish thx to etude. I personally think its more fun to see your opponent trying their best to outplay the pseudo tower monsters thx to chaos angle effect then calamity lock. Hope this long comment be helpful to some people

4:00 is imo the superior board making either Tactics Thrust or Prosperity to search out the two cards pretty good cards to have in deck

Nice combo video! I replaced Void Ogre with Red Nova Dragon. Because I usually have 1-2 handtraps wich makes VO a bit awkward. And you can summon RND + Abyss with 1/1.5 card combo plus it is a synchro that has RDA in its name so it has the requirements for Red Zone. I also recommend Baronne de fleur if Calamity gets banned.

I am actually kinda fascinated that there's more ways to go around the combo 3 to get the same endboard, tho I think I prefer the way that gets scarred in gy, but if you happen to open maybe a bystial combo 3 seems like it can be extended further with ease even get a void ogre down as an example or just scarred with less risks then the way I was doing it so far.

There is a variation of combo 3, in which your end board is: Dis Pater, Scarred, Uvualoop and Supernova, w/ C. Gaia and Red Zone. Sacrificing Abyss omninegate and Dis Pater interaction for the safety of your board with Scarred and Soul. In this combo, Abyss is banished with Rising by Uvualoop, so you can bring it back with Red Zone, unless you want to clear the board twice with Supernova. The biggest danger of this variation is Evenly Matched

Nice work Zed! 👍 I used RDA in the Duelist Cup & had a blast! I’ll admit I only ever summoned Red Supernova Dragon once during the whole thing despite knowing the Red Zone “reset” for a double wipe 😅 Thanks to this, I’ve learned some combos I missed during my DC run (I really wish I did utilise Supernova more) I’m using the Bystial version as I like the combo extension & GY disruption. Due to this, my hand usually ends with 1-3 cards quite often so Void Ogre Dragon isn’t exactly a practical option but I did get a 2nd Scarred Dragon Archfiend which took its place Thanks to the new support, I’ve been experimenting a little with RDA. During my DC run, I didn’t use Fiendish Golem but I will definitely consider adding that one. Scarlet Security has been a hilarious addition as seeing my opponent try to protect their backrow by negating it only for it to return to my hand with Crimson Gaia to destroy it anyway has been priceless. Absolute Powerforce managed to get wins with its double damage effect & closing games earlier especially if it was piercing damage For my current tryout for RDA, I’m testing a forgotten RDA Synchro: Tyrant RDA. There were a few rough times (especially in longer games) when I needed more to breakthrough for one final strike. Thanks to Soul Resonator, you can protect everything while wiping the field with him (assuming you have a RDA/RDA clone on field) Yeah other monsters can’t attack but they can still use their effects. Don’t worry, I’m not going to rely heavily on this Thanks again for this guide Zed. Your earlier Firewall Code Talker was great as well (Need to rewatch that for a refresher) Looking forward to the eventual Odd Eyes/Z-ARC (That shouldn’t be much longer now) & updated Raidraptors sometime this year!

When the new Fiendmsith cards get in the game, you should try them as an engine too, I've been thinking that they could work for this archetype (mostly main deck ones)

for combo 2...i would make vision priority instead of soul..only because of the destruction protection

Hello from ireland, really good video, i have been playing red dragon archfiend in person since the structure deck came out. Just wanted to say do you prefer having the bytsial engine? I found that it doesnt come up without 3 bystial lubellions and even then calamity lock can be not impactful enough. Thats why centurion can do it without being a serious meta threat. Just my opinion, keep up the great videos.

Some of these combos I already knew. Most of them are new to me and if I've learned anything it's that I have severely underestimated the power of Obsessive Uvaloop. I've been relying on my Bystial engine to banish from my grave which isn't very consistent. Also I personally prefer Beelze over Void Ogre.

Zedlock, have you ever thought about using the Infernities as an engine for Red Dragon Archfiend? My deck with them works perfectly because they are of varying levels and have a tuner.

I'd like to point out that you cannot use Wildwind and Uvualoop to summon Void Ogre Dragon because it requires a DARK tuner monster which Uvualoop is not. However you CAN summon Scarlight since it is Generic. Otherwise I'd just keep Wildwind in hand. Great video though!
