Eureka! Thankyou!! Very much understood. Professors would have us memorize a chart that I never really understood (if we memorized the chart and put it down on paper = extra credit. Well guess what?! I got the extra credit but I had no conceptual knowledge on what the high pressures and low pressures where all about. …that was back in the day, now I am working on getting this knowledge and actually getting it 💪🏽💛🐝💛 cheers PEEPs, as coach says “ GO BE GREAT!”

How about ARDS and PEEP? How will that affect the sequence? Will you have low cvp because too much peep lowers venous return or you will have high capillary pressure cause you are crushing the capillaries? ARDS will give some edema to the lungs, non-cardiogenic… will that give you high capillary pressure too?

I have a question Q: A 32-year-old man is brought to the emergency department , The paramedics state that the patient lost several units of blood at the scene, but the bleeding was stopped and he is semiconscious pulse, weak and 122/min; respirations, 34/min; blood pressure, 80/60 mm Hg; body temperature , normal. A CVP catheter is placed, and the initial reading is 0 mm Hg. What is your assessment? And why the cvp is zero ?
@jamiemarquard8353
