we can learn many things from this podcast if we can apply to our daily routine 1. We will have to wake up early 5am 2. We will have to make a schedule every week 3. One-day detox mode that means 1day a week we do not have to touch our all-electric device 4. If we want good communication skills, we must become a good listener.
