ils peuvent prévoir un pianiste , des musiciens acoustiques ou une musique de fond pour agrémenter l'atmosphere .C'est trop calme comme un hôpital. Par contre la prise de vue en drone est magnifique.😏

This place is really nice. But it is almost empty. They seem to follow the motto: If you build it they will come. The DRC government needs to work on infrastructure, work on basic needs as water, electricity and housing not just for the well off, security, building the middle class with the hope of making services affordable to larger groups of their own citizens to stimulate the economy. Vous avez toujours tendance à parler du gouvernement pendant qu'on vous montre des projets privé. Aussi pour les vides, il n'y en a pas c'est juste que les environs c'est remplis des petits bâtiments en comparaison aux deux tours, et juste à côté c'est le fleuve derrière c'est un port de la Marcavco voilà ce qui donne cette impression

@yvesmusemakweli3055 Thank you for the feedback. Great points. My point was that the government needs to learn from the private sector and enlist them in the country development. For example many areas in Kinshasa do not have access to running water sometimes for months. The government needs to privatize the utilities sectors for electricity, water, sewage, garbage collection etc. So private companies can offer these services. And the government needs to provide basic infrastructure needs as roads and housing. Right now many houses in Masina are under water from the Congo River. Basic affordable housing pour les fonctionaires will go a long way. The DRC needs infrastructure, build the middle class by raising the minimum salaries of fonctionaires and reduce corruption while providing basic services as water, electricity and sewer/garbage collections.These efforts alone will help the economy and the people. Other countries like Morocco, Ghana, Ivory Coast made progress in these areas so can the DRC! By the way the emptiness was inside the restaurant, there was not a lot of customers but hopefully with time more will know about the place and come and they may need to add more entertainment as musicians maybe a play place for kids etc.

What does the government have to do with a restaurant opened in the private sector? The Congolese government is already working on improving infrastructure. They just finalized a deal to complete 7000 km of national roads. There’s over 1000 schools and 100 health clinics being built throughout the country via PDL145T program. They’ve nearly completed multiple solar electricity plants as an intermediary for the completion of the major hydroelectricity projects. They’re also building universities in many different cities. This information isn’t hidden. I really wish some of you would make an effort to inform yourselves on infrastructure development instead of always aimlessly complaining about it.

Ma femme et moi aimons ce que vous faites car vous avez quelque peu révolutionné la façon de raconter le Congo auprès de gens comme nous qui sommes loin du pays pendant longtemps et qui étions abreuvés des vidéos des poubelles et des endroits sales du pays. Grâce à vous on se rend finalement compte que le Congo n'était pas que ça et bien au contraire,il y a des endroits à faire pâlir certains en occident. Bravo !!! Ma question est celle de savoir un peu les coulisses des tournages càd comment faites vous pour avoir accès à tous ces endroits, est ce que vous payez de votre propre poche ou bien ils invitent aussi à leurs faire la promotion ou comment !? Faites une vidéo pour nous relater un peu vos contraintes et difficultés de votre concept, qui déjà est très copié par beaucoup d'autres. Merci

You’re welcome ☺️. I hired a photographer to pilot my dream and film the daytime and nighttime footage. The drone is a DJI Mini 4 pro with a 1 over 1/3 sensor and the camera I used to film inside the restaurant is a DJi Osmo Pocket 3, an Action 4 and Pocket 2 as well

Bonsoir, Dans tous les autre étages, y a des appartements à acheter et à louer et aussi des bureaux je pense. Le restaurant occupe le 26eme et 27eme étage. Dans l’autre tour, c’est pareil sauf que y a pas de restaurant

Mr Umbu, si possible de présenter aussi à nos frères d'autres projets du même promoteur immobilier Congo futur, juste en face de ISC ce grand complexe avec des apparemments, commerces,Bureaux etc... Et là ils sont entrain de construire un grand mall (KINSHASA MALL) au même endroit sans oublier LE PREMIER MALL ajoute un autre Mall en face du premier présent le aussi à nos frères qui sont à l'extérieur comment Kinshasa change

La vue est vraiment magnifique et le restaurant très beau. Mais je vous préviens que bien que la cuisine soit italienne + sushis, vous n’aurez pas une goutte de vin italien ou simplement d’alcool. Le gérant est libanais donc pas question d’accompagner vos plats avec de l’alcool. Pour ma part je n’ai pas aimé la cuisine, mes amis non plus 😢. Par contre les cocktails étaient bons . Bref le tour ne valait pas les 170$ dépensés uniquement en plat principal et 1 boisson….

Not at all. If you come by foot, just tell the security guards that you’re going to the Sicilia restaurant and they’ll let you in. But I would recommend making a reservation before . The number is in the description of the video

@coconature1799 Mais non 😀 La facture était de 212$ et nous étions 4 personnes. Donc si on compte les entrées sushi 🍣, les boissons et les plats de résistance, ça fait juste un peu plus de 50$ par personnes. Donc c’est dans les normes de Kinshasa. Et y avait aucun plat de pâtes à 100$, n’exagérons rien 😂 Les prix du resto sont abordables. Bon, faudra pas y aller tous les week-ends bien entendu 😉

Je crois sincèrement, c'était une erreur monumental au niveau de l'environement de détruire toutes les berges du fleuve, et les consequences ne tarderont pas a se faire manifester pour ceux qui vivent ces maisons. Il fallait respecter les règles de l'environement qui régissent les berges des cours d'eaux, cad construire au dela d'un certain nombre de mettre, puis faire des passage qui donne accès au fleuves.

Très beau mais évidemment pas accessible à tous. Il y a plus d’employé que de clients (j’espère qu’ils sont bien payés). Excellent pour nous, oui, mais pour ceux qui vivent à Kinshasa, tout ce qui s’y trouve doit être hors de prix. C’est la différence entre le tourisme et l’immigration. Otherwise, beau reportage 😊
