Beef Chukka: • Beef Chukka || ബീഫ് ചുക്ക
(it's a requested video)
Ingredients:
1 - Chicken - 1 kg
2 -Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
3 - Red chilli powder - 2 tsp
4 - Pepper powder - 1 & 1/2 tsp
5 - Garam masala - 1 tsp
6 - Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp
7 - Curry leaves
8 - Salt to taste
9 - Coconut Oil - 3 to 4 tbsp
10 - Onion - 3 (fried)
Chicken Chukka :
How to prepare:- Very easy to make this recipe . First take a bowl and put it in all the ingredients (1 to 10) then mix it well. Rest for 30 minutes to 1 hour. After heat the pan and put the marinated chicken. Stear up to coming light colour change then turn the flame medium to low. Then close the bowl and allow the chicken to get fully cooked . Make sure to steer in between so that to avoid sticking.

എല്ലായിപ്പോഴും ചിക്കൻ കറി കൂട്ടി മടുത്തു. ഒരു variety ക്ക് വേണ്ടി youtube ഇല്‍ search ചെയ്തു നോക്കിയപ്പോള്‍ ആണ്‌ ഇത്തയുടെ recepi കാണുന്നത്. Try ചെയതു mashaallah അടിപൊളി ആണ് ട്ടോ😍😋.
