ஹோட்டலில் செய்வது போல நம் வீட்டிலேயே செய்யலாம் "சுவையான தயிர் சாதம்"!!!!! வெயில் காலத்தில் அனைவரும் விரும்பி உண்ணும் உணவு..... அதுவும் மிகவும் க்ரீமியான தயிர் சாதம்னா ரொம்ப சூப்பரா இருக்கும்!!!!! இதை உங்கள் வீட்டில் செய்து பார்த்து கருத்துக்களை பதிவு செய்யுங்கள்......
Ingredients
பச்சரிசி / Raw Rice - 1 Cup
முந்திரி / Cashew Nuts -10 Pieces
கருவேப்பிலை / Curry Leaves
கொத்தமல்லி / Coriander Leaves
கடுகு / Mustard Seeds - 1/4 Spoon
உளுத்தம்பருப்பு / Urad Dal - 1/2 Spoon
கடலைப்பருப்பு / Gram Dal - 1/2 Spoon
பெருங்காயம் / Asafoetida
இஞ்சி / Ginger - 1/2 Spoon
உப்பு / Salt To Taste
காய்ந்த மிளகாய் / Chilli - 3
நல்லெண்ணெய் / Sesame Oil - 1 Spoon
பால் / Milk - 100 ml
வெண்ணெய் / Butter - 1 Spoon
கிரீம் / Cream - 100 ml
தயிர் / Curd - 400 ml

Nice one☺... My method is Mash cooked rice well.. Add required salt,green chillies,crushed ginger then mash it well.. Add thick curd mix well.. For tempering Add Ghee ( Mustard seeds,urad dal,curry leaves,red chilli,asafoetida) Add these into mashed rice and put some fresh coriander leaves..close it for 15mins...after that pour some boiled milk😋 Yummy curd rice is ready 😀

One request to you, pls, try for captioning your dialogs in English also. As a chef I know you give us viewers valuable tips but we as non tamilians can't follow them. In 1:07, it says 400ml Curd, Howvever in 3:02m it says 100ml Curd. I belive 400ml is the right one.
