Believe me i am the big Lover of Curd Rice compare to Briyani. In SOUTH side more over all wedding they used to serve Briyani with little bit Curd Rice, I am only one I refused to eat Briyani I used to eat Curd Rice. NO.1 Curd Rice Fan Hit the Like button u r a Curd rice love

My mom makes the best curd rice in our family. My grandparents always say if there is any family get together that others can make all the special dishes but curd rice has to be made by my mother only. My mom says if you ever have to test if someone is a good cook or not, the only way to do that is to ask them to make curd rice. If they do it without screwing it up, it means they are a good chef. Curd rice tests patience of the chef and attention to detail. Such a humble dish but very difficult to get it right. Thanks for sharing this video.

Sir.. I tried this receipie without butter and cream.. Really it was nice.. I added hot water at last for lubrication instead of milk.. As i don have enough milk.. Really it came out well

I grew up eating curd rice every single day and was nicknamed as curd rice in college too. I never knew that butter can be added to curd rice. Thank you so so much chef for giving me this wonderful variation. I will enjoy my curd rice even more now.

Please explain the difference between whipping cream, heavy whipping cream, sour cream and double cream. I am confused which one to use when you say fresh cream. I live in the USA and couldn’t figure out the difference. Thank you very much for your patience and lovely recipes. I can’t believe that I am learning your recipes for free.

Closest one for you would be light cream. It is between half-and-half & whipped cream. Sour cream is different, it is mostly used as a spread or a side. I've lived in the US and I have used light cream to make payasams & curd rice and hence my 2 cents!

Carrot sometimes ok tha sir summer ku but pomegranate and grabs podunge athu enakkum pudikkala may be curdrice ku row vegs (carrot,beans) add panna color full ah then sapidum pothu row vaa sapidum pothu superb va erukkum . Ethe recipe try pannren sir thanku so much
