Pancit Malabon is a popular Filipino noodle dish that originated from Malabon City in Metro Manila, Philippines. It is made with thick rice noodles (similar to udon), a rich and flavorful seafood sauce, and various toppings such as shrimps, squid, smoked fish flakes, sliced pork, and chicharon (crispy pork rinds).
🥤 Ingredients :
1 kilo Pancit Malabon noodles
1/2 kilo shrimp cooked and shelled
3 Mama Sita's Palabok Mix
1 Piece Knorr Shrimp Cube
1 tablespoons Mama Sita's annatto powder (achuete)
2 small head garlic crushed
2 Pieces Onion
1 kilo tinapa deboned and flaked
4 Cups chicharon crushed finely
2 Patis (fish sauce)
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
4 hardboiled eggs peeled and slice
1/2 Cup Spring Onion
8 Cups Water

Ang autentic talaga na pansit malabon ang mga sangkap ng panpalasa ay hipon, tinapang bangus, chicharon at taba ng talangka. Ang missing ingredients na talaga sa ngayon e yung taba ng talangka. Dati ang binibili ng tatay ko e yung Rosy's pancit malabon. Grabe nuon ang mga sahog ng pansit malabon. Hipon, baboy, talaba, pusit, tapos may may pechay. Sa loaded ng sahog dimu halos pansin yung noodles. Kaka miz yung panahon na yun kahit di kay lola rosy galing pansit kahit sa ibang pansit malabon pabonggahan sa sahog. Dinyo na malalasahan autentic na pancit malabon.

Naging spageti na sa dami ng sauce. At yung measurements ng ingredients hindi tama, tulad ng spring onion ang nakalagay 1/2 cup pero yung inilagay nyo parang nasa 2 cups na, yung patis 1 tbsp pero ang inilagay nyo puno yung sandok.

I wish I could put tinapa but my Daughter is allergic so I put Ground pork in mine and still use Mama Sita’s. It is a perfect sauce so why should I make it from scratch. Here in the US, we make it for convenience as we are so busy and we don’t have help here. We do everything. I make at least 6 different dishes when I have a party. It looks very good!

cguro nga my kania kania tayo ng pamamaraan at istilo sa pagluluto, pero ako pinadadalisay kopo muna sa pagkulo ung sauce ko bago i set aside. at try nio po patakan ng ilang piraso ng kalamansi ang sauce para tanggalin sa kalan, at try nio din po ung alimasag tadtarin xia ng pinong pino at un ung ipangsahog.
