24:35 DONT HIT THE INNER RING! it will damage the bearing! Always Press or Hammer the ring that gets friction, like in this case the outer...

Same got to my mind, the first thing taught in bearing installations :) Hardly take damage with low pressure but next time hit the outer ring when installing bearing in the hole. When installing to the shaft hit the inner.

Muitos estão espantados com a memória deles, para lembrar onde vão as peças, quando montam. Só esquecem que eles estão GRAVANDO o passo a passo da desmontagem. Então é só fazer o inverso, quando for montar. E, claro, eles podem ter uma boa memória, também. Mas certamente a gravação ajuda bastante. De qualquer forma, é um belo e inspirador trabalho. Просто супер, с удовольствием посмотрел на кропотливый труд. Молодец парень, руки золотые. Из инструментов шестигранник, отвёртка и разводной ключ, но это не помешало восстановить бензопилу.

Как там оказалась эта пила : ,,пошел лесоруб в лес и начал пилить деревья своей мощной пилой , но тут вышли гномы , дали люлей лесорубу и утащили в свое логово , а пила так и осталась:) Кто понял о чём тот молодец

@@austinledford8501 No, he disassembles then assembles the stuff, that much is clearly true. What is fake is the "finding random stuff in the forrest when i go for a walk" and the condition of the stuff he "restores" He clearly paints or dips the things in some sort of solution to create a impression of rust or age. Maybe even some reverse editing. pay attention to the "rusty" components before and after, no pitting from rust at all, also the rust/ageing is always the same colour, and comes off very easily. But check out the xbox resto, or some of his other electronic restorations, they are the most clearly faked.

Never knew they made chainsaws that didn't need an oil mixture for the fuel to work. Won't be long for that chainsaw to have no compression and seize up.

@@peterfedor9288 Well, based on my little experience with 2 stroke engines, the oil is in quite dark red colour (Like a blood from vein). So it dyes the fuel in red - reddish colour.

@@tigerxra8515 There are various brands of the m2t oil - red, green, blue, yellow and so on. U can't tell by looking at gas if it's mixed or not with yellow oil(that's why I don't like these oils - can't see the difference). I have workshop and do engine repairs(fyi james), so I know what's going on.

@@peterfedor9288 Oh, thanks! I had my suspicions that there is more that one colour of oil, but I wasn't sure. Yeah, I love the red oil. It's easy to tell if fuel is with oil or without. Is there are difference between the oils, apart the colours?

Always drive on the outer race of a bearing when installing in a housing, inner race when installing on a shaft.

You NEVER insert bearing by hitting on the inner face, tap it in on the outer face , you damage the bearing by hitting the inner face

Not at all, small bearing can be easily fitted in to the shaft of bearing housing. Heating producers can be done with big and critical equipment.

Not only don't you use the inner ring but I'm pretty sure you should pack them with grease. My theory on this channel and about 20 others just like it, is that it's a rigged. Someone has set up a bot system and pays these people a few bucks to sorta refurbish different items and then they collect any KZfaq money. I found a channel that was 3 months old had 5 videos and like ten thousand subs but each video had over 10 million views each. There are some where you can hear in the background someone wrenching on another project. Easy money just find a item that works sorta,trash it out some more and then pay a person 5 bucks or whatever to "restore" it and some else 5 bucks to film it. Then have 5 or 6 channels,edit the vids and upload and then turn the auto system on to constantly replay the vids, like printing money

Подшипники нужно садить на горячую в корпус. Поршень всегда стрелкой на выхлоп смотрит, но не в сторону карбюратора.

bent crankshaft, paint inside the engine..... that thing was poop now it's poop with wasted paint and bearing and it will last a week before have a real engine crash locked solid worst than if it was found under the sea after 10 years....

Bullshit bullshit bullshit. 1. Noone "just finds a chainsaw" sitting on a cut tree like that. Did the previous owner not think enough of his saw to even take it home after work ... or even to fix it if it stopped working. How lucky, just to find it as a friend was filming you. 2. All these "old machines" he "fixes" are dirtied up to look worse than they are. Plastic does not rust. Alloy does not rust like that. Any chainsaw motor and blade would be covered in oil and sticky shavings.

He put the piston on backwards too. Arrow on top should point towards the exhaust, not the intake. That saw won’t last long at all.

да это он её и ставил 38-12. Смотри, покупается пила на местном "авито", снимается кино как он её отдриставрировал. пилка закидывется на месяцок в сырой подвал и снимается новая часть дриставрации, потом монтаж этого высера.

Они ещё и поршень при сборке задом наперед воткнули.Замки поршневых колец могут попасть на окно в цилиндре,и сломаться.Стрелка на поршне должна смотреть в сторону выхлопного окна.

Awesome guess! I took details from your guess and the video and did a web search. This saw is likely a Chinese GR-4500 made by Zhejiang Jiauri Machinery Co., Ltd. (Found the chainsaw details and picture on Alibaba).

Finds rusty chainsaw and strips down completely, reassembles after cleaning it up remembering where 312 pieces go then forgets to add oil into fuel... At least you’ll know where to place it again after it seizes...

Actually it looks staged. Its a 50€ chinese 2 stroke chainsaw and someone spent some time make it look old. Bolts arent rusted enough. Flywheel glides to smooth from the crankshaft and the piston looks like didnt seen more use than the break in. Also the rest of the parts lack wear and tear. Rust is mostly surface rust.

The last 2 of these rebuilds the chain were on backwards before the start. Maybe that is why they were discarded.

Why do the rubbers look like new when the saw is supposed to be old? You don't paint the inside of a motor or hit the inner ring of the ball bearing. This restoration is a fake.

Obs: Ele colocou o pistão de forma incorreta, a seta é virada para o lado do escapamento, certamente vai funcionar mas só que o desgaste do cilindro vai ser maior que o normal,que compromete a durabilidade do mesmo.

The cutting chain was installed backwards and re installed backwards. Also you must mix gas with oil for two stroke engines

Занимаюсь ремонтом бензо инструмента, но в 1 вижу что все без фиксаций, 2 крутить надо крест накрест, 3 поршень стрелкой к глушителю, а 4 ни разу не видал чтоб картер и целиндр красили. В 5 как он при разборки маховик откритил, не стапарив поршень. Зажигание не выставил.

It amazes me when the author, without being a mechanic nor an engineer, nor somebody dedicated to fix and repair those items, knows what to do and how. Myself, I do consider myself an educated person (I am a lawyer) do not have the patience nor the knowledge to do that. I would throw away everything to the trash, in the third minute.

1)Dont paint Sealsides 2)Dont hit the bearing at the inner Ring 3) Piston is turned around, arrow shows always exhaust side 4) be more carefull with the engine, dont throw that cylinder around, and dont let all the parts fall on them

You must put it together with oil on the seals, bearings and piston. Will not last long on start up.

@@ronnirocket и где вы живёте? Чет я не замечал в наших лесах разбросанных бензопил, мусора полно не спорю, но пилу или ещё чего подобного не встречал, да, и ещё, когда в лесу ломается пила её не бросают адекватные люди, а несут в ремонт, это я так к слову о том что пилы выбрасывают якобы)))

Creio, que em muitos vídeos deste tipo, eles deixem equipamentos expostos ao clima por uns meses. Depois, "milagrosamente" os encontram e começam um trabalho de limpeza e restauração. A matemática é simples: o ganho com a monetização do vídeo é muito maior que o preço do equipamento, materiais e mão de obra para recuperá-lo! No entanto, é um vídeo bacana de ver!!!

Já pensei isso também, mas se vc parar para pensar que geralmente são lugares onde aparentemente sofrem com enchentes, também pode ser restos deixados para trás, após estas enchentes. Em qualquer rio poluído - bem como em suas margens- do Brasil conseguimos encontrar itens que apesar de estarem sujos, podem ser restaurados. Acredito que seja o caso deles. E concordo que são ótimos vídeos. Passo bom tempo assistindo, mesmo com a velocidade acelerada...rs
