Might be a WW2 gunto. They were churned out in the thousands and would not have looked much different. No hamon and probably a cast aluminum grip.
If that had been a real Katana, you would have destroyed any and all value of the blade with the heating and quenching of the blade.

The curvature of the blade is quite different after that heat treatment and hammering. It hurts my eyes.

It is just a factory-made, mass-produced replica. No harm done, just de-rusting and customizing.

動画の作者は、日本に来て、本物の日本刀をつくるところを見て、学ぶことが必要ですね。 刀匠(職人)に弟子入りして、日本で修行すれば、このような動画は恥ずかしく思うでしょう。 がんばってください。 The author needs to come to Japan, see how real Japanese swords are made, and learn from them. If you apprenticed to a swordsmith (craftsman) and trained in Japan, you would be embarrassed by videos like this. Good luck.
After the electrolysis, what did you do with heating and dipping the blade? Was that a form of tempering? Or were you applying a coat of some sort like a gun barrel?

well, its not a real katana, so why would there be one. if you know how real katana look, you would understand its just a cheap copy. first of all a real katana would not rust this way. it made of high carbon steel with iron in the center. it will look different, most likely small spots of rust all over. second, there is no hamon line. and that alone make it a fake. since hamon is needed for hardening process of the blade, without it blade will chip away.
