This is indeed a marvelous gem ... the location, the history, everything about it ... I can see myself living there, for sure now, with lesser tourists LOL .... Fun fact about the last videos, we get to see Danilo every time in 3 different outfits, winteroutfit with coat, without coat but with his vest, without coat and vest ... gives my a smile on my face every time I notice it. Makes the video more authentic and real. Great job you guys.

Thank you for this video. I’ve never seen inside a Venetian home and have always been curious. It’s more than I expected. Beautiful location and the apartment itself is very nicely appointed. The entrance/courtyard area has so many possibilities.

Venice has been totally ruined by mass tourism. The city is not large enough to cope with this invasion and is losing residents all the time. If this is allowed to continue `(the monster cruise ships are to blame for a lot of this) Venice will become a place just for the rich to have a house which they’ll use for just a few weeks of the year, everyone else will have left.

Loved the house tour. Been to Venice several times...and as others have stated, looks different w/o all the tourists. Though we find a way to hit the back streets when there...and just enjoy the SPLENDOR of this MAGNIFICENT city.

I love seeing Danilo's clothes as much as I love seeing these beautiful properties in Italy. I have been to Venice 2 times and have really fallen in love with it. I visited in May and September, before and after the crowds of tourists and stayed at the Excelsior Hotel on Lido island. I highly recommend the hotel. A Great video by the amazing Danilo!!! BRAVO!!

It breaks my heart to see a Venetian property altered to a modern fashion. There are so many other places in the world where you can find that type of design. Traditional architecture should be cherished and preserved.

@@Romolini_christies I simply disagree. The apartment has nice features, but we have to acknowledge that it's very much a modern vision of "classic" and *not* restored in the traditional style. That may suit the taste of buyers, but it comes at the expense of robbing the world of traditional beauty, in one of the few places it still exists.

Supremely bewitching; undeniably majestic; gloriously beautiful ....La Serenissima La Serenissima, you exalt existence to the moon and the stars in Heaven and beyond! To know you is to love you with an intensity which borders on the unquenchable .... Can there ever be an expanse of land and water more magical than yours? Forged out of teardrops and roses, the heart surrenders to you as does the mind with willing subjugation! O Enchantress of hue most lustrous, must you torment us so?! The property-clip? Ah yes, a few words going in its favour! A professionally executed presentation, with the fascinating private bridge leading to the entrance of the palazzo setting the right mood and pace for what is to unfold next. The external facade is a bit too modernised for my liking but the old world integrity of the interior has been well preserved. The internal courtyard is truly "incredible" and the three-way access to the property imparts a novel feature to the proceedings. The flooring is eye catching as is the well. The living quarters on the first floor have elegant ornamentation and yes the Venetian flooring commands attention. The chairs of the fireplace-living room appear beautiful. The Master Bedroom is not without its praiseworthy moments either and the immaculately preserved/ restored flooring captivates the eye all over again. Romolini-Junior is in top form. Elegantly attired yet humbly mannered. That's a true Italian for you! The spirit and light of the Mediterranean....
