WOW! Romolini Christie's gets better and better with their presentations. I absolutely love the video and music at the beginning. It creates such a longing and desire to be there. Another stunning apartment, flooded with light and sunshine, historic and modern brought together in the most sympathetic way possible. As for that ceiling, it is a masterpiece and would be amazing to look at at any time of the day. You really would find it difficult to find fault with this property. Surly this apartment will not be on the market long. Wishing the new owner many happy years here !

What a stunning apartment and location and I love the small bridge leading into the apartment very charming 😍🤩. Those windows are stunning and so much character and brings in so much light. Danilo, what a beautiful home. I really enjoyed how you created the multi-camera angles, at a moment, as you were in the living room looking out of the window and the next shot was from the square looking at the house with you looking out the window, 3:10. Your shooting style is getting very creative and seamless. You and your team are taking it up another notch. The drone footage is fantastic. I especially loved when the boat was coming through the canal, 1:00, under a walking bridge towards the larger canal and the wake the boat was making adding another level movement and depth of the story you are telling. A very spacious and beautifully restored venetian apartment Danilo. The painted wooden beamed ceiling is stunning and the views is just splendid. I would use modern contemporary furnishings and accessories for that apartment if I were to decorate it. Again well done Mr. Romolini. 💯🔥😎👍

Thank you for your tour of this gorgeous apartment/condo. The entrance both ways by water or by walk over bridge to the front patio is very cute. The living room space is very nice. Youi walked up to those beautiful tall windows with the arches at the top o them. and yes, I see the shades that come over or behind the windows to give some privacy as you end your nights. I think during the daytime I would place some beautiful light white semi-see through curtains inside there in as well .Furthermore, I love the ceiling in he living and the flooring back in the last bedroom. The last bedroom with the parquet and herringbone style simply gorgeous. The master bathroom set in the messianic finishing is so nice. Finally, the first bedroom with that mezzanine level attached is interesting and could be used for an office or study. Thank you for this simply elegant apartment/condo.

Wow that ceiling ... that is one big surprise, but a mastersurprise for sure. The tiles in the master bathroom as well ... I always love such hidden gems in historic houses. They made this appartment luxurious and modern, but keeping it"s true identity. Great job. The one who is buying this appartment, they are lucky. As Danilo said, that view as well, no building in front of it, so always that great view and sun inside the livingroom and bedroom. Yet another dream of an appartment.

That is a Wonderful apartment Danilo. The Entrance Hall and the Painted Ceilings are Beautiful. I also Love the tile in the Bathrooms. It looks really good in them, very relaxing. The living room is a room you can furnish easily, you can get more furniture in a Rectangular room. You have more wall space. The Color of the Water in the canals is the most Beautiful shade of Green. It looks like a Turquoise Green stone. The tile in the Master Bedroom Bathroom looks so similar in Color. Hi Danilo! This house seems very close to the International modern art museum "Ca' Pesaro" (a very interesting place that among the other masterpieces also hosts the Klimt's "Giuditta") I love S. Polo 'sestriere', it is one of the most elegant areas in Venice, but also full of quiet and hidden places.... Beautiful ❤️👏👏

This apt. is gorgeous. Where does one park their watercraft if they own it versus hiring one. I think the piano nobile is considered the 2nd floor here in the US and I imagine there are other units in the building, so with the frequent flooding in Venice, I hope all the conduits are protected. I am seriously considering moving to Italy, you are the perfect realtor. Other than the Amalfi coast and Tuscany/Umbria, which are my dream locales, do you cover the Cinque Terre, Naples and Sicily. Also, do you have any views on the abandoned houses that are being offered for a dollar? No commission there, just wonder what you know or have heard. Thanks for these dream inducing videos.

Thank you for the presentation Danilo. As a selling feature for your properties, it would be interesting to know the history of a residence if it is known. Regarding this apartment, was it once part of a ducal palace or wealthy merchant's residence, etc.? Perhaps a celebrity owned the whole building in the recent past. As they used to say in the U.S. to sell a historical home, "Washington slept here".
