This Bosch screwdriver has a broken motor, faulty switch and failed NiCd
3.6v battey. Can I fix the motor, the switch and convert it to Li-Ion power?

Thanks for this, I have one of these to finish repairing, I removed the dead battery and cleaned it all up internally but the motor is faulty and I haven't yet sourced a replacement, but may fiddle a bit more to see if I can get it running first ! I was just going to replace the jack and hook it up to a bench power suppliy I'm not too bothered if it's cordless ! Mine came as a "freebe" when I bought a Bosch circular saw from Homebase in around 1992. I think you put the washer in the right place as when it first appeared on the cloth it was only that front bushing that had come off at that point !

Thanks for commenting. If you measure the motor you can probably buy one cheaply on aliexpress. I recently bought a motor with a d shaped spindle designed to run on 3.6v for single li-ion battery screwdriver from aliexpress for another job.

early cordless drill.. the chuck and chuck key are missing..also the space where you said its for a double end bit is actually for the chuck key ..

I think it is a teng tools pick set and it came like that. Try Ali express, I'm sure some Chinese company will do a similar set.
