This is easy way, laser machine does everything for you, I do manually, remove hardware and take out the glass with a blade and hot air gun

Same mine looks exactly the same, it looks apple batteries issues when left on charge all night inside of case causing lots of heat and pressure and cracks back glass

it's easier if you preheat it and use a heat blower with the blade to pry the glass and it helps if there's a chunk of glass missing

that's why i have  care + and rock mine without a case..  doesn't go through all that hassle they replace the whole frame which is why it cost almost 700€! If my frame gets too scratched up i accidentally drop it so the glass breaks bring it to  pay 29€ and get a whole new frame and glass 😂

Don’t the back panels come off on the 14 pro max as one? Then you have to change the wireless charging over to the new back glass……

Save the area around the lens for last. It's very sensitive so if you have all the glass removed around the camera first. Then go for the area with the lens to prevent damage.
