I love to see your work in bringing back once great watches from the grave. This one reminded me of an old classic Mercedes sitting in a muddy field in the mud for decades, and seeing your step by step process in repairing and renewing it somehow gives hope for us in today's troubled world.

I write that as just an ordinary ex-military bloke who spent a year in Bosnia at the height of the terrible conflict and dealt with tragedy every single day. Judging by the comments here, I feel we much appreciate your silent mark of respect for humanity, and our sadness for inhumanity. You deal with time, which thanks to your skills, is easy to measure, but impossible to retrieve. But let's all metaphorically click that hacking lever, pause time and dwell on the consequences of our actions, the immense suffering they may cause, and our crying need for that dove of peace with the olive twig in its beak to bring hope.
