As an Interceptor 650 owner for 3.5 years+, I second this! Coz, road mosham anenkil nallath pole mileage drop vararund. Enik normal roads il athyavasyam nanayit oodichal 22-24 kittum. The best I got was 26kmpl on a 400km+ ride

I agree. But if your using your vehicle mostly on highways you'll get a good mileage. I usually get 30 on highways and 24 in cities.

@@vivekak7381 Yeah, maybe. I’ve seen a couple of my buds saying they get 30. My rear tyre is upsized to 150 which makes me kiss goodbye to 30🙃. Anyway, glad you’re getting 30 atleast on the highways!

@@ebelantony Since the engine has low compression ratio, just normal petrol would suffice. Also, if you fill in premium petrol with high octane value, it does more harm than good to the engine!

As a GT owner, The Best Mileage I've gotten till date is 33Km/Litre. The Lowest would be as low as 16Km/Litre. It gives more mileage on long rides. Engane moradich odichaalum long povuaanenenkill bike will give around 25-27Kmpl. City use aanel orikkalum 22 nte onnum mele kittarilla. But, I love it with all my heart.

@@slagnixmotive9746 yes. higher rpm is equal to higher fuel consumption. if you don’t let the bike reach more than 4500rpm you will get a very good mileage.

This is a little surprising... I've been stuck in Gurgaon-Delhi tradfic jam...where one covers 6+ kms in 1st-2nd gear... But i still get about 20-22 kmpl... The best I've got is 29 on highway 80-100 kmph. Once i had to ride with a friend who was riding a 135cc so had to maintain 70-75kmph in 6th gear for 250kms... I got 33kmpl in that 250kms stretch.

The best mileage I got on GT650 2023 BS6 is 28.7 on highway on 60 - 100 kmph speed. I'm getting 25 - 28 km mileage on highways. Lowest mileage I ever got is 19 km on city ride.

I've got between 30 to 33kmpl for the long run.. I'm a frequent traveller.. From kannur to Bangalore.. So that's it . 33 is the best mileage I've got

One month back when I rode the GT from Bangalore to Kerala, I got an average of 33kmpl by doing a full tank to empty test. My cruising speed at the time was 80-90 for the most part. While coming back to Bangalore, I was cruising between 110-120 and I still managed to get an average of 30kmpl. I've only managed to get a maximum of 18kmpl in Bangalore city. At times due to heavy traffic, it's even lower.
