Zooqan Pawar Actually Omar(RA) heard his sister and her husband reciting the Quran, from the door. He went inside and beat them badly for it(he wasn’t Muslim yet) then finally his sister said “Whatever you do, you cannot erase our love for Allah and his Prophet Now”(not the exact thing she said but really close to it). This made Omar(RA) accept Islam. He was destined to accept Islam as it was the dua of the Prophet Muhammad(SAW).

This is my second time watching this entire series all the way through because it is the BEST ever made. ❤️ I just wish it was more appreciated here in the U.S. There is so much wisdom to be gained, and it has everything you need in good storytelling; adventure, drama, action, and a little romance that is beautifully expressed (while being modest, unlike everything else you see in the U.S.). @Riaz Sattar that is arguable.. The rashidun caliphate was tge absolute best unfer the likes of hazrat Abu bakr, Umer, usman and Ali. The umayyad caliphate so the greatest expansion of the Islamic empire. Islam reached Europe in their times. And who can forget the great salahudin ayyubi and the ayyubid caliphate. The ottoman caliphate was no doubt a great one but in comparison with the other caliphate, it ranks low. ✌️✌️✌️

merhaba! i am working my way through this amazing series and learning some new turkish words. its so educationally and culturally informative. really appreciate and respect this culture, the religion of islam and concept of honour. how absolutely wonderful that this is presented in multiple languages but particularly english as a proper understanding and true representation of the middle east/Turkey/Islam is not being properly presented in the west and its vital that this series reaches the minds of many people who are not shown proper representation of these cultures and religions in the west. congratgulations on such an amazing series. and thanks so much to you for all your hard work in making this available. its absolutely gorgeous, i particularly love Ibn Arabi and the sufi and dervish ceremonies. love also the"proper boundaries and ceremonies" within the hierarchy and tribe also. i am sure that the crusaders/roman catholic church perpetrated atrocities on the locals in the region. As a believer I am sure that God will hold all accountable for their sins of commission and omission. ma sh Allah Tabarak Allah!

@black jack and titus is not a real life character. He was a fictional character. And as it was told in the series that Al aziz was the grandson of Sultan Salahuddin Ayyubi(infact he was) so this directly makes Shahabuddin as Sultan Salahuddin's son as in the series it was told that he is Al aziz uncle but he wasn't becuase all of his sons were Amir of their states and non of his son was Atabey Shahabuddin which also makes Atabey Shahabuddin a fictional character. Edit: Atabeğ was his regent but not his actual uncle. He was maybe a minister only
