After learning a little of what goes on in the engine room of the company, Amy and Andrew head to The Warehouse at Pukekohe, one of Auckland's largest stores. Andrea Fry is the Team Leader responsible for the 'Head to Toe' (apparel) and Home departments and is in her second year of the company's three year Store Manager Development Programme.
Giving Amy an overview of her role, she explains the importance of customer service and that includes how her area of the store looks.
