Nice review. It's good to see that much functionality in a small form factor radio. It appears to be an identical radio to the Raddy RF760, but it seems quite common to see the same radio carrying both brands. The prices come out about the same too, so the choice is really down to which sticker do you want to have on the radio.

Can I use a BNC female to 3.5mm adapter and a Radioworld R 881 Super Gainer Scanner Antenna 25 1900Mhz antenna for this radio?

I can't see why not. Would be much better than the telescopic antenna that's for sure. Good luck with it :)

Nothing at all. Same Radio, just branded by different companies.
