Alright I'm 20 and i had PCOD bcz of which i had moderate acnes. Now with treatment they're gone but the large pores caused by them aren't. Retinol raat ko he use kia jata hai morning mai nahi because wo sun sensitive hota hai skin ka barrier damage ho jata hai to aap retinol ko raat mai he use kare..bt if u have acne prone skin then doctor se consult karke adapalene gel 0.025% start karo it best for acne prone skin starting mai purging hoga bt after that skin bahot achi ho jayegi I personally use this nd o am really thank ful now.. I am 32 and I have acne prone skin too bt now I have a good skin care routine since very long time and I am happy with good skin 👍
