Thanks for the very useful information. I'm an OFW Saudi for 13 years. As what I understand that saving is a must. However puting it to the bank makes the value less. i am retired at 55 here in the US and i have been managing my portfolio. my siblings in the Philippines do not appear to have given much thought to retirement planning. are the investments you mentioned all in Philippine stocks and bonds? Do you have access to foreign funds? are you hourly fee based, commission based or AUM?

Well said sir, need ito ng mga kababayan natin. Lahat ng mga sinabihan ko nito na kapwa OFW negative, keyso wala daw savings at sakto lang daw. For me I invest in Dividend ETF like SCHD, DGRO, JEPQ, and JEPI looking forward to add some dividens stocks like KO, PEP, etc. Hopefully mag bunga lahat itong aggressive DCA ko soon at ng maka uwi ng maaga. 😅

PS. Don't go with mutual funds guys, they will eat a quarter of your investment sa long run! Pag nakita niyo 1% annual fee, magisip-isip na kayo. 🫣🤣
