Eto din naging conclusion ko later at buti madami din akong natutunan dito sa video na to. Na introduce ako sa stock market way back 2015 at kala ko specific stock sagot sa pag iinvest. Through the time dahil sa pag babasa at panonood ko din ibang videos na mutual fund talaga muna. Ang galing ng video na to sir. Ngayon lang ako nag enjoy na ganitong kahaba video. Alam ko kung saan ka nanggagaling the way ka magsalita hehe. Sobrang agree ako sa lahat ng sinabi mo at may nakuha pa ako. Thank you sir. Manonood pa ako ng ibang video nyo dami ko napulot sa channel nyo. The best talaga yung goal oriented portfolio na dun din ako nagconclude na dapat gawin sa port.

I hope this video reaches a lot more people. This is very informative especially for those who believe they can always beat the market by themselves alone without studying where they put their money at. All the big names in investing (Warren Buffet, Peter Lynch, Charlie Munger, etc.) only use Fundamentals to their advantage.

MerryMart at Altus Property ang binanggit ni Sir Rex. MM starting offer price at 1 peso, during one week trading the peak price is 4.5 pesos. If you bought at 1 peso then you make a profit of 303% as per today's stock value 3.03 pesos, but if you bought at 4.5 pesos then you will lost -50%. For APVI open at 40 pesos then on the same day peak is 240 pesos and then closed at 18.50. If you sell on July 1st then you will make a profit of 223%. But if you bought at 240 pesos, then you will lost -958%. As of today, APVI price per share is only around 10 pesos.
