Im surprised.. I thought savannah doesnt have an airport.. Nice and its very encouraging.. So it means st joseph/candler hospital is great...

Yes, we sure do! It's little, literally one concourse with about 13 gates, but that's awesome. It takes me all of 15 minutes to go through security.

I would check out Creekfire RV (soooooo nice with great amenities,) the one on Tybee Island (forgot the name of it), and I believe there's another one down the street from Creekfire but I don't know the name of it.

Hi there I enjoy your video very much I live in Los Angeles and the cost of living is just so prohibitive now I am a widow and I only have my Social Security and a very small pension to live on is it true that you don't have to pay state tax in Georgia and also what would a rental for an apartment or a tiny house be around Savannah thank you very much

We're not ready to retire but we are strongly considering relocating to Savannah from Texas. We're actually a young family in our 30's with young children. What areas/suburbs do you recommend for young families with GREAT schools, easy commutes and convenience to shopping, eating, etc? Thanks in advance!

I live here as a young family and the schools aren’t the best and there’s not much to do in Savannah with kids unfortunately I wish! There’s no zoo no water parks no theme parks but it’s got good nightlife and food spots the school My kids are in are overpopulated too it’s a nice place to RETIRE for sure in my opinion but having kids and being young this isn’t the place FOR US

you don't mention 55+ communities, are there any?

Amazingly there are not any in Savannah. There are in Bluffton however, which is right across the river from Savannah. We have a few videos on this channel about Sun City and other 55+ communities.

@@flamadiddle Yes, exactly. Latitude Margaritaville, Sun City, and others. They are in South Carolina but roughly half an hour/40 minutes from Savannah.

Karen I've always wanted to retire there with my wife that's her dream 😢😢 . I just don't think it's going to happen. She's not doing well she's ate up with fibromyalgia and degenerate disk. We've been here several times for vacation love it. ❤️❤️.. basically what I want to do is sell my house buy a fifth wheel living park. I got to find my wife a good doctor down there first 😕😕. I'm in construction been in for 36 years. But I'll keep it short that's our dream I don't know if it'll ever happen though 😢😢😢😢.

Oh no, so sorry about your wife. There are a couple of great RV parks here if you go full time. My husband and I dream of that someday too once the kids are out of the house. It sounds so fun!
