Consider this: He got Ryan before SLOTLT came out, and all throughout the time leading up to the movie, we were lead to believe that Ryan's personality was going to be this cocky, overconfident, dismissive character. Especially since every single merch description said this. It wasn't until the movie came out that we learned that they changed it somewhere down the line to his finalized portrayal. But since Ryan was in his series before SLOTLT came out, he had to quickly develop him. If you're referring to the arc leading up to Saving Pirate Ryan, my guess is that it was somewhat of a "second shot" at what was honestly a blindsiding turn of events.

He mentioned murdoch and Arthur and the sugar factory cargo cars. I know he bought more engines which I'm assuming were engines like billy and Rosie. He also mentioned rocky. And it's clear he bought knapford station since it wasn't included in his first layout video

I believe the express coaches,Murdoch,Arthur,Arry and Bert,thomas sauras rex set,Edward the great set,Harvey,giggling troublesome trucks,Hector,Rocky,Fergus,Mighty mac,Salty and maybe more(he got Wilbert,Frank,Emily before he went to spend 250+bucks)

They definitely were. I wasn't a fan of Waylon8tor's tripod filming style but I liked how he came up with his own episodes that still fit the theme and "feeling" of Thomas the Tank Engine and Friends. That's what I hope my own episodes feel like right now!
