This house was filmed about 4 years ago. It was not thrashed like it is now. It was all put together and organized as if the owners just left. It's sad that people came in and took so much, threw stuff around and broke stuff. Originally the sewing room was super cool and the basement had all kinds of great antiques and collectibles in it. Someone even took the headboard footboard and 1 side table from the master bedroom. The basement had a Harley parked in it, too. I believe that couple must have died together, maybe in a car accident? Things were just left too perfect, until people saw the original video and decided to go trash the place and steal stuff.

I feel like that's pretty typical of these places in the States but much less common in Canada and Europe/the UK, where people tend to be more respectful. It goes to show just how important it is for guys like Brandon to keep these locations quiet and not give away details that would make it easy to find. They have to be protected so they can be preserved.

I just viewed Noah Nowhere's 3+ year old explore of this place, it was mildly ransacked then, he even played a vhs tape on one of those vcrs on the tv that's now busted. My gosh what a mess it is now! Once again I'll say someone needs to get in there and "save the environment" by helping themselves to what's left before it's all ruined! I'll take all the woodstoves thank you. Recycle-reuse I say! 😉👍 (Those people had too much stuff, not quite hoarding but too much stuff)

The last time I saw a video of this place, it still had power the TV was on before it got smashed and the windows were not boarded up. Definitely a cool spot and house. Hopefully it is saved.

Billy Beer was from U.S. President Jimmy Carter's brother. It was only produced for 1 year in 1977 as a promotional aid. It is a pretty common collectible for people into that kinda thing. Great explore!

This was a very beautiful house when it was first found and filmed. It’s unbelievable that there was no family to care for it. The decay now is probably not worth saving. I wish I could have acquired it when it first went abandoned and saved it all.

Great job on this video! I've always been fascinated by this place and wondered the story. What happened to them and why did they just up and leave? I remember seeing some other explorers post it a few years ago and it was basically untouched and a beautiful time capsule. It's sad to see people have trashed it so badly now.

Beautiful house.....can't believe everything was left behind......what's the story? I do believe I've seen this house before too. I remember the mirrors above the bed. Plus there was soo much more porn mags in the bedroom. You are by far...one of my favorite explorers. You make me laugh. Plus I Iove your laugh...reminds me of my late fiance's laugh. Billy Beer was made by Falls City Brewing and promoted by Billy Carter whose older brother was President Jimmy Carter in 1977. Hey, that sounds fascinating! Are you planning to do some exploring in Germany yourself? I'm actually a big fan of several German explorers who mostly venture out into East Germany. Have you heard of any interesting spots worth checking out? One of the explorers is J&P Exploration.

All I can say is wow, so many things left behind - actually it looks like everything. What's wrong with the people that they have to steal and trash these places? Sometimes, if there's some sort of a family, or a financial issue, it gets put in probate. That could take years and thousands of dollars to settle, most people just don't have the money or the time to deal with it.🙁

What an absolute shame I wonder how many people have gone through here there were some very valuable things still in there. Obviously, these people that have looted it had no taste and no education I just think it’s horrible. I think someone who had to be related or know, these people could go through and salvage some of these beautiful things

I saw this house explored a year or two ago and it was intact except one room that some of the ceiling had fallen and had a lot of interesting things in there and the power was still on. Way out in the middle of nowhere so I really doubt there was a meter reader going up there! Seems like there was a lot of good stuff in there so I don’t know what the hell happened but it looks like a bomb blew up in there.

Saw this house from another urban explorer about 4 years ago the electric was still on then nothing was ram sacked so this looks like some kids got in and done this is terrible, so I can completely understand why urban explorers try hard not to identify why the properties are to keep the riffraff out.

No. I saw this house a few years ago and it had ceiling damage but it basically looked fine. The owners didn’t do that. They both died and fairly recently the rummage fairies came through and ripped through it, the unbelievable bastards that they are.

Calendar on the fridge said 1988 on it? It’s now 2024 so place has been abandoned for more then twenty years even though guy in the video says it’s 2008 when he recorded this and yet it’s only uploaded three months ago so this video is sixteen years old then?
