I do really like the design of this thing. The removable controllers are a nice feature. It's just a bit too big for my liking though. I feel it kinda makes it less portable. Maybe I'll get one in the future, but for now I'm still really happy with my ROG Ally!

You should definitely make videos on Legion Go. But there is a huge request - do not try to test games at the native screen resolution or even at 1200p. This device has the only correct screen resolution for running games - 800p. In this and only in this case, Legion Go reveals itself as a powerful portable gaming device. AMD's upscaling technology allows you to use 800p comfortably, since 2K is exactly four times larger. Google this feature and you’ll understand what I’m talking about. You must understand that looking at how the device barely shows some modern game at 1600p with 25-30 fps is wrong. Gentlemen, commentators, please like here if you agree. I would be glad to read the channel author’s objections to this matter.

I have a Lenovo Legion Go and I am using it every day. If you like it and you are going to use it, then go ahead. If not, then you probably should not buy it

I would be happy to see more Legion Go videos! The device is amazing just needs some optimizations.

I have mine for almost one month and I didn't have any problems. In fact my initial experience with the Legion Go has been much better than the Steam Deck. All the major games run perfectly above 30 fps!

I’d like to learn more about Legion Go and see how the user experience will improve over time. I love my SD OLED but I can’t read small text any more. Also, I can’t play FIFA without dual booting Windows on it and the process is too complicated for me. So I’d consider Legion Go in the future for the simplicity. It will be great if you can showcase some games on Legion Go time to time and let us observe if Lenovo and Windows are making efforts to improve the system and software. Yes please give us more videos of the go. It is amazing and I love mine and always looking for more content on it. In my opinion it is by far the best windows handheld device. Best display, tied for strongest CPU IGPU, fastest RAM. The software is miles ahead of where it started a launch. Battery life is second only to Steam Deck OLED. What’s not to like. The Steamdeck is a customizable console more than a full freedom PC. There are good and bad sides to that. The Ally is good small form factor but the worst battery life which kind of negates the great portable aspect. Non of them can go from the wall long and if that is your goal ARM devices like the Odin 2 Pro with game streaming is the way to go but that has limitations also with access to WiFi. Although the Deck, Go, and Ally all 3 get decent run times when game streaming. The Go is amazing for Game Steaming. I get 3 to 4 hours streaming games on it. It is an amazing time for Handheld gaming enthusiast right now.

After 4 Rog ally’s and a steam deck, I ended up with the legion go. Upgrade the ssd to 2tb and an actual working sd card reader, I can say that I’m happy with my choice. All of the recent updates have brought them a lot closer this maybe a little better now due to all the software updates.

Of course, Lenovo has implementes many advantages that fix and add many features! Such as a specific FPS blocker according to the144hz (36fps/48/72 etc) which makes a huge improvement on the display showing games smoother than ever before !! You can check All those new drivers and enjoy probably the BEST screen, 8.8" astonishing display for AAA Gaming. Besides the FPS controller Mode, the faster memory RAM (7500) LeGo has RAM faster than the Ally, as well as battery 50wh. So yes, this Device nowadays IS fir me the BEST option, at least One of the three BEST Windows Devices definitely.

Im picking up the 1tb version tomorrow, best buy me has an open box for $594 that comes with everything and doesn't have any any damage plus full warranties. I run a smoke shop and have hella down time. Don't wanna watch much on my phone and also can't play much. I do monthly audits as well so it gives me a good way to submit my numbers rather than walking back and forth to the desktop. A lot of people complain about the battery life but only talk about it maxed out, you can tone it down and get way more life... Not to mention it charges by 30 percent in like 10 minutes. My only complaint I have honestly found I can't really justify is the speakers. I use VR I'm so buggy doesn't bother me too much but I doubt it's as bad as people make it out to be.

I watch your channel all the time, and I would love to see you do more videos with the legion go. I have a steam deck and now that I own a legion go I never went back. I love the damn thing even with all of its issues. In time it will get better. Lenovo is doing updates all the time

Get it if you get a good discount. I got it for 630€ in Germany two weeks ago. I enjoy it a lot but owning a Rog Ally I would not buy the LeGo for full price.

In mi opinion yes I like the legion go and for me it is an amazing device that actually since the release of the device it has been upgraded and Lenovo has made some improvements in the console and there is a lot of content that actually ppl don’t do for example I have never seen the best settings or controls play Fortnite in the Lenovo legion go

Which runs games better

Lenovo's wave of mega silent firings in early 2023 were absolutely despicable. They laid off thousands of really great people after posting record profits and bragging about moving up the Forbes list each quarter in their "All Hands" NA org sales meetings to those people that moved the needle for them. They ruined thousands of people's lives who relocated and rented or purchased new homes just to join the US sales organization during the digital boom of the pandemic and increase in business for them, forcing them to lose their homes and become homeless. Their warranty process is atrocious and considered terrible by anyone who has had to deal with service claims on top of this.

It should be better and more economical by installing Linux on it. Its problem is economy, layout and finally the screen, the screen is an excellent 144Hz screen but it is not a PWM screen and does not even have local dimming so compared to an OLED it loses a lot and even tires the eyes. The layout is always conflicting with Windows because you know; Unlike a Linux or Android device where developers have full control of the GUI, this does not exist on Windows. And finally, there is the system economy where any heavier game will quickly drain the battery.

Meh. It's too big. The controllers wobble a little. 2242 size nvme drives suck and 1tb isn't enough storage for a modern gaming device. Do I need to continue??

I bought an Lego was disappointed with Starfield performance after a great experience on the Ally. After a few changes it’s growing on me. One thing I hate is that the buttons are close to the right stick. I know how you feel. If you get an itch you have to scratch it, so I got a Lego heh.

The build quality is on top of this device mate, and love the big screen for gaming handed 👌🏻, Few weeks ago i had both in my hands to feel the quality the ally and the go and i can say the go much better with build quality the ally feels cheap!
