Great job, Wykie. We need so much more of this type of content. I think I speak for not just the Aus CrossFit community, but the community as a whole, we need more quality, long form content of the Aus athletes, inside and outside the box. Oh, and good luck to them all at Torian. 🤞

I still don't get it. I'm from US but there are so many good crossfit athletes that compete in Torian Pro. The thing I don't get is why there are only 3 men's and 3 women's spots that qualify for the games. I know there are less individuals competing than the 2 US competitions, but the quality is amazing. I would give 5 women's and 5 men's spots or at very least 4 a piece. I love Kara and not sure if she's done competing but you'll always be great

Interestingly it is James only plant-based?? Wow, admiration, I wouldn't even put them in same categories, as the intentions for winning are completely different, usually I love you all you're all amazing, i wanna move there and train with you, SO MUCH
