Note: This comment has nothing to do with the renter or even the landlord. I am a firm believer that a house or property seems to feel happier when it is looked after, like the actual house. Sometimes life happens and the house or property isn't a top priority anymore and that can be super crippling to the mind. I just want to say thank you for making these homes/properties feel happy again and taking a load off of these people.

I am almost 70 years old. Always loved using a power wash. The results always made me feel so good. Would give anything to be able to again power wash everything that is dirty outside… Sometimes inside, too! Lol. ❤️❤️❤️ your boring videos.

@@larsradtke4097 no, property value going up would be... lets say that house was appraised at 120K for Market value, with the landscaping done (which is what Juggernaut has done) it might now be worth 128-135k if the owner decided to put it on the market. property taxes depend more on a collective area your in or type of house your in rather than the actual value of your house. and yes something as small as paying a landscaper to keep your yard up can and does raise your houses value by that much

@@larsradtke4097 once again no. one house changing doesn't "collectively" raise or lower anything. now, if Juggernaut cleaned up the entire neighborhood or even 51% of it then yes there would be an argument for property taxes raising. however even then it would be a process that would involve the county or cities elected officials having to vote on this, as well as cite very good reasons on why the city or county needs higher taxes in the area. raising a tax is a very different idea from raising somethings value with a lot more nuances.

After many years I sold my carpet cleaning business about 3 years ago. I established it by going to the local real estate companies and offered an entire home carpet, tile and grout cleaning. I worked my way to the preferred vendor listing for many of them and stayed nonstop busy. Never did KZfaq as I didn't think of it, or have the time really. Watching your videos makes me almost want to start again. I said ALMOST! Three years ago I sold out, and I still get calls requesting quotes.

The black is from leaves that sit on the concrete, the tannins leech out and steadily stain it black (Pine needles are the worst for it)

I think he treats his equipment very badly . Jus throws the cleaner up on the foot path and same with the mower hosed the crap out of it . Maybe your equipment doesn't cost a lot but if your doing work for free you could be a little more considerate.

They couldn't even motivate the tenants/owners to mow/trim properly ;-( Did you notice the shape of the formerly perfectly manicured lawn when he came back to power wash everything and turn it into a castle? SHAME on the renters/landlord who can't be bothered to honor this guys hard work by simply looking after it after he did all of the HARD work. All they have to do is mow it, string trim it and occasionally hose things off. He treats these houses like he owns them and the people actually connected to them CAN'T BE BOTHERED.

Just watched the landscape cleanup on this house and you are a great guy. I see so many of the sidewalks overgrown and get too narrow to have people pass each other. Too bad no one has ever made a ride on device that can slice up the edge with a shovel to pick up the grass/dirt that is left over and put it into a hopper to easily toss out.

I think the reason that people love these videos so much is because they are so different than the clickbaity, hateful garbage that you normally see everywhere these days. The renter gets their home looking nicer at no cost, we all get to be entertained, and the gentleman gets to make a living off of the views and ad revenue. No negativity. Good vibes all around. Nice pickup on the trimming. One set of the stairs are painted, that helps a lot visually. Beautiful change with cleaning the walks and sidewalk. Thank you! Kevin, that is amazing work to power wash steps and sidewalk. Years of grime lifting off. Easy to see how you could live in a place and never notice the grime--until it is removed.
