May be the way they plan to go, who knows. I had high hopes for the CRM too. TOWL just totally screwed several storylines for nothing. That is the worst thing TWD has put out. It, as a season, is as cringe as groundhogs day Tales. I hope they don't screw up another storyline.

The ones who live was amazing. It was never built up as an endgame for the CRM. The fans literally took that theory and ran with it and got mad when it didn’t happen. It was always told to be an apocalyptic love story and Rick and Michonne’s reuniting. Nothing more. Scott Gimple himself said the endgame would only be once all the shows crossed over. The CRM was never the big bad or the endgame.

@@BoogSReviews I didn't want the CRM or TOWL to be "endgame" I just think that the CRM was going to be good, Gimple had more development,but AMC screwed it up trying to pacify fans... TOWL was mediocre and far fetched, even for TWD... Could have been done much better for the time and money involved.

Wasn't it you that did a fan fiction story centered on the start of the Virus? I got into that like it was a franchise published story. It was really good.

The one I did was called The Blood Path, and had Dr. Jenner's (from S1 CDC) son in it. He was sent research info from his Dad and always has a 'finding a way to stop it' frame of mind.
