Maybe try a clear mascara, that way you'll get the height and your eyelashes will hold once you've curled them but they won't get darker like with regular mascara 😊😊

Similar idea: I prefer brown mascara, it gives you the illusion of lengthening and volumizing your lashes without looking dark and harsh (I'm a blonde and black mascara just looks plain bad on my eyes and skintone)

I'm also dairy intolerance. If you want you can have it and face the horrible consecenses (ignore my spelling pls) and have a tummy ache for ages or you can avoid it and not be in pain

GRACE!! You need to try a lash lift!! It's something you get done at a salon or beauty salon it's semi permanent normally lasts a couple of weeks and just lifts and curls your lashes just like a manual lash curler but it lasts a couple of weeks!! I think it's definitely something you should check out! It's super natural aswell! Hope this helps!! Love your videos!! Can't wait for more content!! Merry Christmas! 🎄❤️❤️❤️

As far as I know, clear mascara is a thing. So maybe that would help you to keep your lashes in place and curled, without the darkness of normal mascara, if you can find a clear one :)

clear mascara is 100% the way! your eyelashes are lush!! you can also get brown/brunette mascara if you did want extra volume without the dark eye look. Grace I love these vlogmas videos so much- your excitement during the taste test is THE BEST. You should totally try a heated eyelash curler- to curl them for a longer time! I’ve never used it (I’m a blonde- mascara is my BFF), but I’ve heard it works! :)

Grace, thank you for posting the vlogmas! I so enjoy all the contents with your family. I’m Canadian, we all live in the Atlantic provinces. I just got off the phone with mom. There will be no Christmas Eve services at our church. It’s the one true thing I look forward to at Christmas! Our family is strong, we will celebrate on Christmas Day! Christianity is a funny and blessed thing!! We roll with what our lord has given us! Thank you for showing support with your family through out this blessed season! Try some clear mascara Grace! I use it for my eyebrows and they stay in place all day, and when I don’t want to wear a lot of makeup I put it on my lashes. No transfer onto the eyelids either. Win win!

Mascara hack - use a dark brown mascara, put one coat on, then take a spoolie and brush it out. It will look much more natural. :)

clear mascara is a must!! you can get them for quite cheap so maybe try one and if you like the look you could test a few different ones to find what you like best xx loved the video xx

You could try a heated eyelash curler (to reduce burn risk). Or a clear mascara. Or combine to two. Waterproof mascara is the best for holding a curl, you could apply that and comb it through with a spoolie to reduce the impact of the colour by (because I think they only come in coloured). If you fancy the least effort option you could have a lash lift but I’d recommend watching examples of people having that done cos you might not fancy it.

There are clear mascaras, I know Maybelline makes one! Also try a volumizing formula of black mascara vs a lengthening, which looks like maybe what you used. Clinique has a great volumizing mascara, called the High Impact mascara. I’ve used it for years, you can go more natural with one coat or go bigger with multiple coats.

Grace for your the eyelashes - you can get what's called a lash lift where they basically just perm your lashes so they're semi-permanitely curled, lasts a few months and would achieve exactly what you're looking for! OR clear mascara for a cheaper non permanent alternative

grack i used to feel the same way as you about mascara. i think if you just play around and find a type you like and learn to apply it in a way you like you’ll like it more. you could also curl and use a clear mascara to hold it in place

You can get a kinda clear mascara/lash gel that has no colour but holds your lashes in place after curling, or you could try a brown mascara that's less harsh :) xxxx

Love your video's! Tip for you eyelashes, you can dye them, you can use black but also brown or dark blue so it's less visable. I do this when I go on holliday, it looks way more natural! It stays on for 3 till 4 weeks or so. You can do this at a beauty salon or if you feel confident you can do it yourself with a kit you buy. Have to try! Works wonders. Best wishes :)
